The battery in my car died. i had replaced the battery in January and two months later it was dead again. I took the car in after the auto club got it started and Alex had the battery replaced at no cost to me. in fact Alex waited a few minutes after closing of the shop to allow me to pick up my car.. Couldnt be happier with the service I received.

Big O employees always treat us with the greatest of care. They know us by name and you'd think we were best friends. This time was a little different. There was a new young man working this time. He lacked the smile and happy greeting that usually accompanies your workers. He was curt. Couldn't find our records although we have gone here for years. Things worked out in the end. Records were found, problem solved, but I wished it could have been with patience and a smile on his part.

I didn't have an appointment, but they got me in and out very quickly. Oil change and tire rotation. I also got a reading on the alignment. Excellent service!! Thank you!!

I have a torn meniscus and couldn’t stand to wait, with the waiting room being closed due to Covid. Not sure why social distancing can’t work in a waiting area, but ok. Lol Anyway, I was going to leave and go somewhere else, because I physically cannot stand for an hour. The associate brought me a chair and sat me away from everyone. Sanitation and mask-wearing was enforced, and the facility was clean. My service took less time than expected, and all employees were professional and pleasant. Very happy-will be back!

I came in with a slow leak and they got on it right away. Very knowledgeable and efficient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable (coffee, popcorn). The bathroom was spotless. Got me out very quickly and the tire is fixed. I will definitely visit again if I have another problem and when it is time to replace tires for sure.

Making the appointment was easy and all of my questions were answered. Arriving at the appointment was quick, easy, and they were expecting me. They gave me a time it would take. Picking up my vehicle was very easy and they explained what was done.

Rick was awesome as usual. Took care of me. It's why I have been a loyal customer since 2014. We have 4 different vehicles serviced their. Thank you so much for all your help.

The reason I was highly satisfied with the service by the Big O team was the friendliness I received not to mention the quickness and great value I received.

It was a simple oil change, yet so much more. They are always polite and helpful by answering all of my questions. I tend to have a lot of questions. He said the tire rotation would help the driving stability and he was right. The car now drives great! Thanks. I'll be back in 3,000 miles.

Just needed TPMS sensors installed in my trailer tires. very easy to drop off, done way sooner then expected
