Big O Tires

Having been going to Big O Tires for years and enjoy the service that I receive from Dave and Alex. Our children are now using them for their vehicle needs.

Last week I got my oil changed and barely got into the book I brought before they were done! My favorite part of the service is I don't get any oil stains on my drive way like I used to when I used Jiffy Lube.

They got my tire patched up in 20 minutes when I got a nail in the tire. Zach Richards was very friendly during the whole time. He also gave a bottle of water and to let me know if I needed anything else. I know during Covid 19 it’s hard to please us when we can’t sit in the waiting room because of the new rules. I’m totally Understanding and was patient waiting outside. Thank you guys for the wonderful service so I can get to my job on time!!! -Melissa Eisele

Big O has always been a pleasant and satisfying experience. With the new store close to my home - it is now a fabulous perk.

Always honest about how long the wait would take due to the number of jobs ahead and good service despite not having an appointment for a coolant flush plus a transmission flush.

I think I've going to BIG O for Four years. When I decided to have you take care of my automobile I asked First. I have not been sorry. I have not met any person that has not been professional and knowledgeable in their line of work. I agree sometimes I can be a pain with questions. However, I have not experienced any negativity when personal answers my questions. I should remember names but I do not all are equally professional and knowledge even the driver that drove me home last week. By the way I was always kept informed what was going on with my car and what time it would be finished. I am certainly happy with the personal at Big O tires.

I came in with a tire with a slow leak. They could not find a leak in the tire I identified, so they took it upon themselves to test all four tires. They found a nail in another tire and repaired it with no charge. They went the extra mile to help me. We have been doing business with them for several years on our cars. This was a new car which had never been worked on by Big O yet they considered it as one on which they had. So thankful for honest people and their willingness to be kind and helpful.

I was able to get in and taken care of right away. They called me to let me know when it was completed and quick check out process too.
