The service was so helpful.Leaving for out of town, they were prompt, and understanding.

The service and the friendliness of the employees was amazing. I was able to drop my car off before they opened and the key drop made it so easy to deal with. This is the only place I go for times, alignment and oil changes.

I brought my truck in because it was hopping real bad on the freeway. Alex informed me that is was more than likely the new suspension, but he would check the tires and only charge for the ones out of balance. He then informed me that I could purchase a new tire warranty for my new Tundra. Also he told me I could switch over my alignment warranty. Additionally he told me I could let some air out of the back tires to cushion the ride. This Big O has some of the BEST customer service I have ever seen, at least in a long long time. Keep up the good work.

Integrity & Honesty: Two words that are rarely used in the automotive repair industry, especially in the Reno/Sparks area! Well, Big O Tires in South Reno on OLD 395/South Virginia Street near WalMart is the ONLY place I will bring my car for repairs in the future. The folks here will tell you what is wrong with your car, will NOT UP-Sell you into work that your vehicle really does not, and provides service with a positive attitude, with truthful answers to my questions. I'm "car knowledgeable", but do not have the tools or time to do jobs like installing new brakes/rotors. I know what work needs to be done, and what "finished" truly looks/feels like -- I felt very well taken care of by the ladies & gentlemen who work at this location. What an awesome crew!! Big O Tires in South Reno has captured yet another "life-long" customer for being honest, and doing the work required with integrity. VERY happy with my experience, and WORD OF MOUTH will garner them additional business for years to come due to their outstanding service!
