Had work done there last week. This was my fourth visit to this store. Let's face it, we hate spending money on our vehicles. But, when you need to, its great to have real people to talk to that know what they are talking about and speak to you like another human being.

I know that I had no appointment but I took my truck their to have my new rims put in and an oil change. It was 3:30 pm and the truck was all done before closing time at 5:50 pm.

didn't know I had a defective caliper, but replaced them, and the new rotor labor was included, so I replaced them too

I came in on a Friday afternoon around 4:30 and there was hardly a wait. I was treated professionally. The service hardly took any time at all. I will always bring my car to this establishment for my vehicle needs.

Rick was very helpful and the only person I talked to on my last two visits. He let me know when I had my Big O Tires rotated that my brakes were down to .01". He had a printed quote for me when I came back and let me know I might be able to find a coupon on-line, which I did. I called a couple of other competitors in the area and their quotes were all higher than Big O, where I wanted to get the brakes done anyway. I called Rick back, he got me in the same day, and with the coupon, paid $90 less than I would have at Les Schwab or Tires Plus. The new brakes feel awesome too. I asked Rick about the warranty and he explained it and added "you won't need it...the brakes will last 3 times the warranty."

Great trusted service which is very hard to find in the auto service industry these days.

Everything was great. It took 1 and 1/4 hours to swap off my studs and reinstall and balance 4 new tires. Seems a little long as I was first in line.

I had a nail in the tire and I had to pick up my kids in 30 minutes. They were able to fit me in, unlike Sears, and get the job done quick. The customer service at Big O is exceptional. I will be eating my tire warranty from Sears and getting a set of Big O's because of customer service; Sears lack of and Big O's great service.

I called last minute, they got me in, fixed the issue at a very reasonable price. I only go here for oil changes too. The waiting area is very comfortable and if I have my dogs with me they are treated like family.
