We take all our vehicles to you and when we just took our Motor Home it was difficult for the store to accommodate us with the size of wheel and unit however your BigO Team went out of their way to make it happen for us and get us new tires that were balanced. Superb customer service!

Over the past 5 years I have taken 5 different vehicles to Big O and have been treated nicely. I just drop the vehicles off and recieve a friendly call when it is complete which is always sooner than expected. I have not had a problem with being taken advantage of, this comes as a big relief and their estimates are spot on without any surprises. My Dad also takes his truck here and is greeted by first name when entering the building, I find this amusing as I know he can be difficult and questions mechanical repairs. Best shop I have been to.
