Don't be offended by my above Title. That Company set a new standard for U.S. Customer service. Every experience I've had in my south Reno Big O store has exceeded the LesSch experience! That is something to be proud of! Thanks.

Didn't have the tire in stock. Ordered it and it was there the next day. In and out. Good work.

Did a great job fixing my tire in record time, and the customer service was outstanding.

I drove away after my oil change, tire rotation, etc. and had to come right back due to a metal on metal scraping noise. The manager said that when they measured my rotor that something wasn't put back properly. He immediately had it fixed and told me he would give me a discount on my next visit for that inconvenience. Kudos to the manager but, the technicians should really pay more attention to detail.

Great service

There has been some confusion regarding a recurring alert lights on "the brake system needs servicing " and the ABS light which will not go off. Big O rechecked the brake system and they could not find the problem (and reportedly topped off the brake fluid to full level). Another auto test company determined that the brake fluid was low, with NO LEAKS IN THE BRAKE SYSTEM . When they topped off the brake fluid the lights went off and have not returned. They thought that big O may not have topped off the brake fluid to full because there are TWO lines on the bottle that indicate "full".

Dave and his team have taken great care of not just me, but my friends and family too. Always honest and helpful, they are great to do business with.

If you have an appointment, which I did, I don't see why it takes an hour to do an oil change...it should be a 30 min appointment.

The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. I got a call when the service was completed more quickly than forecasted.

I dropped my truck off on Thursday, Thanksgiving day to leave over night to have a new set of tires installed. It was ready Friday afternoon. For the next two days I had to put air in one tire that kept going down. As I had to work all day on both Saturday and Sunday there was nothing I could do but keep inflating it. I called Big O first thing Monday, and although the shop was very busy, Rick was able to squeeze me in to fix the problem. Turned out that one of the tire sensors was causing the leakage. This was inconvenient, but quickly resolved.

Great job as usual

All went very well except the tire pressures. I checked them when I got home and they were all different. From 33psi to 38.5psi. All 4 tires had a different amount in them. Seems to be the easiest thing to do when installing new tires. Other than that everything was great. Thank you.

Go there for oil changes. They noticed I needed two new tires and quoted the price. When I went back a month later, tires were on sale and they gave me a great deal on the tires even less than the quote. These gentlemen have always been honest with me. Great service, would recommend them to friends and family.

Had 2 coupons to use via email. One for tires one for brakes. I was told I couldn't use both. I asked if I had brought the truck on 2 separate occasions, once for tires, and a 2nd time for brakes. Would I have been able to use both coupons? I was told yes. That's pretty annoying. Everything else was great. I always go to bigO.

Quick turn around for new tires and alignment on my car

Unlike Honda dealers insist of changing whole part of problem, this Big O store gave me possible two outcomes, neither of options did not require what dealers were pushing.
