I have been getting all of our families cars serviced here for three years. Great service. Alex and Ric have been great. Everyone is is so nice. I do feel your a bit more expensive but worth it.

Exane was so helpful! He ordered the exact tires that i wanted in the time frame that i needed them. He kept me informed when they arrived. My vehicle had new tires and an alignment in no time!

I made a appointment the day before for 9am. I asked the service writer how long they would need the vehicle. He told me 1 hr. I was actually there waiting for over 2 hrs. All that was being done was a alignment and tire rotation.

As always, I am very satisfied with my experience at Big O Tires.

I've heard bad stories about other Big O locations, and about other chains for that matter, from friends & co-workers, but at this location I've always had great experiences.

Rick helped me. I had some suspension work done but something wasn't right so I brought my truck back. He said that part of the suspension wasn't tightened up and said it was their bad and had my alignment perfect when I picked it up at no charge. Really appreciate the honesty and will be back. I also had a oil change that day.

They are honest and will not do unauthorized work on your car. If they can save you money, they will.

The purpose of the visit was to charge the air conditioning system. Old vehicle, old system. Added new parts to accommodate newer refrigerant. All well. They did lower the driver's side window, which was not working. When advised to find a way to get it to the point it could be raised, it was agreed. During the process they broke the window. It was then determined to replace the window controls. Needless to say, the $348.15 charge was NOT something I planned to have happen. I know they "ate" the cost of the window, but from previously talking to others about the repair, it was only necessary to re-attach the window to the existing controller, not replace the whole thing. Your people did good work, but the overall result left a bad taste in my mouth. I may or may not be back.

I pulled in at 330PM on a Thursday and left with the new tires I wanted before 430PM. I was pleased because I was laving on a trip at 6AM the next morning. I drove about 100 miles and my tire pressure light came on. I googled and found a store just off the freeway in Roseville and pulled in. They were very helpful and quickly determined the Reno crew had put in 50LBS of nitrogen rather than the vehicle recommendation of 33LBS. The Roseville guys quickly adjusted the pressure and the rest of the trip went without incident. I really like the BIG O euro tour radials. They seem like great tires.

Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I got exactly what I needed and wanted.

I made an appt for 9:00am saturday morning - a notoriously busy day. I told them exactly what the appt was for: alignment and tire balance. When my husband showed up saturday morning, the girl at the desk couldn't find the appt or the name or anything. By 1:00 I still did not have a call back saying it was completed. I called in and they said they didn't know the tires needed balancing because I'd had it done 6 weeks ago. I told them I had specifically asked for this because the car is shaking at higher speeds. Then finally called about 2:30 to say it was ready. Yes, the work was completed, but it was not informed, timely or professional I felt. Left me with the feeling they have no idea what they are doing - or are severely short handed

I'm giving four stars because initially when I had my new tires installed (which Big O had priced the same as Costco for the lowest I could find) the tech forgot to air down my right front tire after seating it.This made the subsequent alignment be off. However, when the over inflation was identified Big O corrected it and got the balance dialed in.After a while driving on the tires I noticed the alignment was off and Big O corrected it under warranty.They even put up with me making a return trip to get the steering wheel centered, which they did graciously. So in summary, they made an oversight installing my tires but acknowledged the error and have been great about getting everything ship-shape.

I have used BigO for most of my vehicle maintenance needs for the past few years now. This week I purchased tirea from them for the second time. They scheduled me on the day following my phone call and had me out within an hour. Their performance and personal attention has made me a lifelong customer.
