The service was quick and easy. The only reason it's not a 10 is that someone left a used coffee up in my car.

The Asst Manager Alex?, was awesome. Helpful, honest, and I will be back.

I take all 3 of my vehicles to the Old Virginia Street location. They have always performed very good work with anything that's required.

I like the shop and have had great service for years. The last service not so good. Went in for a nail in the tire. $25 to remove. They had to remove the tire from the rim to get it out. Put it all back together and all was great. Not. Truck needed and oil change and I had a coupon for a tire balance. The truck after the nail removed shimmied down the road. The front two got rebalanced and off I went. Not. Came back two days later not being able to drive on the freeway due to front in shake and had the two front tires rebalanced again. Went home and got on the freeway the next morning and turned around and back to the shop. Paid $50 dollars this time for the front tires to be balanced on the force balancer and we are back to driving shake free down the road. An expensive and timely nail removal. Yikes.

Always good service

My GMC Acadia is fairly new but we are making a drive from Reno to Dallas and back so we wanted our tires checked. Well Big O checked the whole vehicle including all tires for nails, inflation and wear. When I picked up the car I got my credit card out only to be told, we do not charge for inspections. In this day and age, remarkable!

Took much longer than it should have. Seems there was a disconnect between the mechanics and the service writer and we were not aware.

I have been a customer for over 5 years and have never been disappointed with the store and the team members. I just bought a new "used" car and the team inspected and assessed every aspect of this car. We put on new tires and established a "starting" place for my maintenance services. I LOVE that the team members in this store have been pretty much the same over the years; I think this speaks well for Big O too. I have also put in my 5 star YELP ratings. This store and its team deserve special recognition from Big O and being some of the best!

Although I had a flat tire and needed a new one, I was treated like they were happy to have me as a customer.

I have (3) vehicle's and have used this location numerous times for all of my Oil & Tires services. The staff has always been helpful with any questions, and or request. In the future I will continue to use this location.

I likeed everything about my service,but they didn't call to let me know my tires where in. I called to check on them 24 hours after they said they would call me.

I started with this Big-O store when it first opened. I have always received great pricing, excellent service and courteous treatment. I have to stay during my services, and the waiting room is so comfortable and everyone walking in and out always smiles and says hello. The explanations of the services necessary are always comprehensive. I have entrusted my car to this store for its lifetime if the quality of service remains the same.
