I service all my vehicles at Big O at Damonte Ranch Pkwy in Reno, Nevada.

Professional and friendly customer service. Only issue encountered was that it took 3 1/2 hours to mount my tires and do a front end alignment. Perhaps Big O should create a job position for a driver who could ferry customers to the malls or movies, or wherever instead of making them sit for so long if there is to be a long wait for service.

Tire selection was great. I was able to purchase a set for my SUV at a reasonable price with an excellent warranty. I did have the surprise of needing a wheel alignment which added over $100 to my bill. Waiting room was excellent (somebody forgot to pop some popcorn :( ) Service took twice as long as first estimated.
