Big O Tires

Counter staff knowledgeable and professional. I do have some doubt as to quality of shop staff. I own a 2016 BMW and tire monitoring system continues to alert despite recent visit to replace a tire. At the very least, one would expect a reset prior to releasing the vehicle to the customer.

I didn't have an appointment, but they got me in and out very quickly. Oil change and tire rotation. I also got a reading on the alignment. Excellent service!! Thank you!!

I've given much higher ratings in the past however this last experience was terrible...Dave handled the problems & explained what was the actual truth about the tire tread after hearing 2 other crazy stories & their was serious confusion on a serpentine belt that I'm still unsure of ...I will return as a customer as I trust Dave & Ryan...no longer want 2 ever deal w:Rick & will try & come in on his days off...

Been here many times, always pleasent and knowledgeable staff. They even put my keys back on my ring saving me from breaking another nail Lol

Usually great customer service. Great location. Only downside is when you need to have tires rotated it is first come first serve. They will not take appointments for this.

I came in with a slow leak and they got on it right away. Very knowledgeable and efficient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable (coffee, popcorn). The bathroom was spotless. Got me out very quickly and the tire is fixed. I will definitely visit again if I have another problem and when it is time to replace tires for sure.

Mr Anderson I just wrote a lengthy email and lost everything I wrote in a nutshell I had some work done there and was told I need an alignment done. I had one done last March. Do you warranty an alignment up to a year? If you can take the time to call me that would be great! 498-205-9649

Employees can't drive manual transmissions, hit the car's front bumper into parking curb twice.

I will most likely not return for purposes of having m oil changed on my Porsche Cayenne since they were unable to reset the "Oil Change Required" message. I had asked if they could do this before leaving it for service and they said they had the instrument to do that, but they were unable to do so. I then had to go to Porsche to have it done. Service at this Big O Tires is slower than other Big O shops I have used in other cities.

It was a simple oil change, yet so much more. They are always polite and helpful by answering all of my questions. I tend to have a lot of questions. He said the tire rotation would help the driving stability and he was right. The car now drives great! Thanks. I'll be back in 3,000 miles.

I made an appointment, it still took over an hour for just an oil change. i was not greeted at my car or the door it almost seemed like an inconvenience that i was even there. i asked for a quote on new shocks/ struts for my car and never got it. I want to like your store but every time i go i seem to be more of a burden than anything on your store. I like big o better than a jiffy lube but i think i may have to use another store.

I was there to get new tires. I was told no appointments were needed and was told to just come in. So, I did. When I got there I was told it would be about 90 minutes. That was fine I had 90 minutes. 2 hours later ( I am a fairly patient person) I went to the desk to inquire about my car. It still needed about 15-20 min more. I wouldn't have minded the wait, but they need to be more precise on their timing, especially since I did need to pick up my daughter from school. I then had to call for someone else to pick her up from school at the last moment.

As usual Ryan does the best job...thanks again Ryan 4 taking such good care of my car!!

Went in for an oil change and rotation but ended up waiting over 2 hours and that was just the oil change. I had to leave before the tire rotation.

Last week I got my oil changed and barely got into the book I brought before they were done! My favorite part of the service is I don't get any oil stains on my drive way like I used to when I used Jiffy Lube.
