Big O Tires

While making appointment I indicated that I was having trouble putting in new headlight lamps due to size of my hand. I was advised by the individual who made appointment that there would be no charge for inserting lamps into sockets. The individual who wrote up my tickets plane a simply said NO we don't use customer supplied lamps and charge was around $59.00. Not to happy!!!

I cannot drive in a straight line like I could before I took my jeep in for new tires.Have to hold the steering wheel at the ten o'clock position to drive straight. I am sure they will address it but now I have to go through taking the vehicle back and the inconvenience.A simple test drive would have found this glaring issue.

Always professional!

I was offered a free alignment check and when I went to pay I was charged $19.99 for it. So apparently free means a visual look. When asked that is what I was told. Very deceptive business practice.

Always honest about how long the wait would take due to the number of jobs ahead and good service despite not having an appointment for a coolant flush plus a transmission flush.

They didnt recalibrate the air in the tires for the car to read all normal. They didnt recalibrate the need for an oil change. They left black hand prints on my door handle, seat and below ignition. They were closing and told me to come back the next day. No way, never again

I think I've going to BIG O for Four years. When I decided to have you take care of my automobile I asked First. I have not been sorry. I have not met any person that has not been professional and knowledgeable in their line of work. I agree sometimes I can be a pain with questions. However, I have not experienced any negativity when personal answers my questions. I should remember names but I do not all are equally professional and knowledge even the driver that drove me home last week. By the way I was always kept informed what was going on with my car and what time it would be finished. I am certainly happy with the personal at Big O tires.

I was the first customer in the morning of the service and was 30 min early to ensure a timely departure. Door was unlocked by associate, but did not open door or greet the other 3 customers waiting behind me, and he simply walked back to his counter. No eye contact or "wave" to signify we were able to come in. I hesitantly opened door, and 3 associates behind desk were seemly unhappy to be there with no friendly greeting or welcome. I wish I could say this was an unusual occurrence, but it occurs about 50% of the time I come in no matter what day or time. The staff simply does not seem like they enjoy their jobs. Ironic, because so many people have lost their jobs, income, or their livelihood is hanging by a thread. Service, however, is quick and efficient and I have had positive experiences before. Unfortunately, it is only about half the time. I know it is normally the negative reviews that get attention, but hopefully the very obvious morale issue at this particular Big-O will improve or customer satisfaction will suffer.

Quick & Friendly service

Normally quick this time my husband waited 2.5 hours. I NEVER would of waited.

They follow through on all problems. They are not satisfied until I am.

Only 2 out of 8 were greased and I asked several times to have all 8 DONE! I asked the employee responsible and he said it was done---he lied!!

I came in with a tire with a slow leak. They could not find a leak in the tire I identified, so they took it upon themselves to test all four tires. They found a nail in another tire and repaired it with no charge. They went the extra mile to help me. We have been doing business with them for several years on our cars. This was a new car which had never been worked on by Big O yet they considered it as one on which they had. So thankful for honest people and their willingness to be kind and helpful.

Oil dripping all over the garage as the techs never wipe the off the dripping oil off the car or tighten everything as needed. Had to replace a couple of pavers last time, and oils spots on the clean garage floor

I have come to trust them. They don't try to up-sale you on anything.

I gave them a list of things, chores I need to be checked. Don't know for sure if most of it was complete. they did not go over my checklist They admitted they forgot to do half of the things I asked. Nice folks that work tat Big O. It's not the same, My business is all about Customer Service.

I called to scheduled an appointment for 7:30 for a simple tire rotation. I specifically asked when would be the best time to make this as quick as possible. They suggested 7:30am. Got there right on time and it still took 1.5 hours to rotate four tires. Was not impressed.

The team is engaging in their customer service efforts. They are also very efficient and friendly when giving both good news and bad news. The bad news being that you need to replace a tire...The key recommendation for every retail location is would you return. Yes...me and my family will return to Big O Tires
