I am disappointed in the last 3 appointments. My son went in to have his tires rotated. He is a UNR student and does not drive much, He was told that since his tires were 5 years old they would not rotate his tires and pressured him to replace them. We went to America's Tire Store and they rotated them for no charge. My wife just went in to have her tires rotated and she was told there was not enough tread and the store would not rotate the tires. I used a tire gauge and they are fine. Probably 10k left before they hit the wear marks. She also got a high pressure sales pitch to replace the tires immediately. My other son did get his tires rotated but was told his brakes were worn out and it was dangerous to drive the car. He got a high pressure sales pitch to leave the car and have his brakes replaced. I checked the pads and rotors, The rotors were fine and the pads were over 50%. I appreciate BigO but the bogus sales pitches need to stop otherwise I will need to switch providers.

Big O Tires is my go-to for my car's needs. The staff is knowledgable and professional and courteous. They ask questions about what I want, explain what they are going to do, and the prices are very reasonable. Thanks for being here, guys.

My first time to this particular big o and I will not be back. I waited a total of three hours for an oil change, an hour longer than I was told it would be. When I got in my car to leave there was oil smudges and finger prints all over my car. My steering wheel cover was disgusting and had to be washed, there are finger prints on the door and black spots all over the ceiling which will not come out. Very unsatisfied with my visit.

I was the second person at the store at 7:30 am to get a tire fixed. An hour and a half later after I asked twice, they finally fixed my tire which took 10 mins.

We just moved into the area 5 months ago. This is the first time having service here. Every one was very kind and welcoming. Very prompt service.

I called to make an appointment the day before and was told it would only take 30-45 minutes for the oil change. When I went in for the oil change the next day, I got told they "hit a snag" but did not specify if it was about my vehicle or another which made me nervous. A hour and 15 minutes later I got up to go ask where my car was. I made the appointment for 8 am so that I could have plenty of time to get to my next meeting at 9:30. I was late because I had to ask where my car was after not being updated. I usually go to Jiffy Lube and was told to come here by a friend who said you guys do a quick job and always update. I received neither of those things. Not satisfied with my trip there at all.

Ryan and Grady are talented mechanics that really know what they are doing. I am not sure if the shop would run as good without these two guys. Although the other guys seem nice, without Ryan supervising their work, I am not sure if the oil guys know that much about cars. I can't say enough good things about Ryan...this guy was born to work on cars!!!

In April scheduled an appointment for my Dodge Durango in the early AM. Came in the store, told them my name, and they had asked if it was for the Dodge Avenger. I told them no and two workers seemed to scrable. They had ordered 4 struts for an Avenger and had no parts for my Durango. No worries. I left and had to uber home (20$). 3pm rolls around and a worker calls telling me they were too busy to even look at the vehicle. Another 20$ uber back to the store to pick up my unrepaired vehicle. And to male make things worse I called for a quote on a set of 4 tires and they told me they were too busy to give me a quote. Bottle line is Big O is too busy for you. Wont be back.

They did not reinstall my spare tire, I had to tell them to do it and then made me wait another 30 minutes (already 2 hours for 2 new tires). They did not tighten my steering as requested which I discovered became much worse driving on an icy winding highway 50 through the sierra mountains. Sierra Tires in Placerville, Ca. fixed the problem and checked the alignment and rotated my tires (problem solved $85). B-O said they would not rotate my tires until I have 500 miles on them. Thanks B-O!

I phoned my local store and was able to set up an alignment Appmnt. And also purchased new tires after reviewing several quotes that were emailed to me as I could not be there in person. This was a Great Experience I am so pleased I made the choice to go with Big O

We called to find out when the car would be ready and were told it was out for a test drive so we stopped in about 5 minutes later to see if it was back. We were told it was still out so we said we would wait in the waiting area. After about 30 minutes my wife went back to the desk and found out the car was back but no one bothered to tell us. Even if they forgot we were waiting why didn't someone call to tell us it was done? We purchased the 3 year alignment checks based on positive previous experiences with our three vehicles and I hope it was not a mistake!

I have supported this store since it opened.First and foremost I would think that by now you could spell my name correctly. Was greeted by an individual who really couldn't help me because "he was new" and even though I had an appointment had to wait until someone could help me.So after 10 minutes I was finally helped and one if the new people thought her need for information was more important was more important than me and repeatedly interrupted the person who was assisting me - this was after I initially had been out on hold for 10 minutes when I initially called in for the appointment - had to hang up and called back I should have been concerned from the beginning. All of the above led me to be concerned about who would be working on my car.Your staff needs some serious training on customer service and your polling company needs help learning that they need to spell names correctly

My Tire Pressure Monitoring System alarmed while I was driving. Since it does not identify individual tire pressures, I drove to Big O. They checked all tires and found a nail in the driver's side rear tire. The repair was performed quickly and I was on my way. Thanks Big O.

Brought my truck in due to a failed tire patch that they originally did the repair on. After 1.5 hours of waiting, was told they didn't find a leak. Talking to them, turns out they didn't even pull the correct tire. Truck is back on the rack and they keep telling me 20 more minutes. It's been another hour at this point and I can see both my truck is still just sitting there on the rack with no one working on it.
