Big O Tires

We have been going to Big O Tires for a few years now and we love the customer service. Not only do I bring my car here for tires, but oil changes and other car issues as well. They are very reasonably priced and the waiting room is always clean making things easier for a mama of 4!

Came in about a year ago with a couple flat tires, got all new tires, and drive off lot. Came back a little while later with a strange jingling coming from left front tire. They took it for a test drive and inspected tire and told me they didn't hear anything and to cone back if gets worse. Came back for tire rotation, and with the same jingling noise, and again offerered little explanation or solutions. Also said it would be about hour, and I was there over 2

We'll never go anyplace else for our three vehicles.

Wife brought her car to the shop that had previously been worked on by this store on 03/28 for a slow leak on a tire. The salesperson said they would not fix the flat due to the tires being too bald and said she needed new tires. These tires are not old and the Big O Techs worked on the car 30 days ago and didn't mention we needed new tires. (Printout from service shows the measurements are fine). So, my wife and I both thought it was shady and that he was lying to try and sell her new tires. I brought the car back in the afternoon and asked the assistant manager to come look at the tire without saying what happened earlier in the day. He answered immediately that it could be fixed and I showed him the paperwork from earlier in the day saying it was too bald. He fixed the tire in about 10 minutes. When checking me out he said the earlier tech must of had an issue with the tread measurement tool... However it's very obvious that this tire wasn't bald. I've been coming to this shop for a few years with all good experiences, now we're not going to be able to come back since we won't know when the tech is just lying to gouge the consumer and increase his sales.

Had a nail in my brand new tire!Ugh!!But, they fixed it right up...quickly!Love these guys.

My wife was there at one, and didn't leave until 4:15 just to get the tires we purchased there rotated. They do not take appointments for this, and even though they assure you they will take care of the tires you buy there for you, no one ever mentions that it is there lowest priority. Half a day was wasted, and I will never buy tires there for my company or myself again.

I have just recently switched all my cars over to Big O Tires for oil changes and tire service. They are very accommodating and provide excellent service.

One of the rims on my 2015 Audi S5 was damaged during tire installation last Thursday 10/6.Damage was photographed and verified by the shop.Damage is quite obvious and the car never should have been returned without advising me of the damage beforehand.I was told to expect a call from the manager to schedule wheel repair.It is now Monday 10/10 and I have not been contacted.Evidently, I will have to follow-up to make sure this situation is rectified.

The staff at this unit are superb.They always do a great job for me.This is why I have been going there for several years.

I went here last week. I've been a customer since this shop opened up. The customer servive & manager were always more than great. This last experience has driven me away to never return. A simple oil change, check systems & battery. After a solid 2 hours & no one coming to communicate with me, I had to inquire what was going on woth ky car. I was told the battery guy was at lunch? So had to wait for him to return. Finally he returned & a new battery was put in. After I looked at my invoice & paid, then I was told I needed 4 new tires! So when the invoice showed my tires were rotated, that was untrue. I asked why do I need 4 new tires? I just lirchassed 2 tires 2 years agonfrom this very same Big O & only drive 5 miles a day. After the gurl went to ask someone in the back she told me oh you only need 2. Why didnt they tell me that while I was waiting for over 2 hours? Indo need 2 tires desperately as the tread wont pass the penny test. Well, I wil take my car to a shop that cares about my family & mines safety. Because my tores are pretty much bald & they didnt eeve let me know. The manager has changed. I think he is burnt oit. Ittbwas like walking into a total new Big O with employees that could care less about anything but taking lunch & collecting $$$. Never again. I will go to family owned loval shop before I ever go to a Big O agaian.

I went to this store location last week and was so pleased with the service and result I plan on using them to service my vehicles from now on.

Bad experience. Dropped of my Honda to have flat repaired. Left the car there while they ordered a new tire. 4 days later battery was weak and at some point the battery died while in their shop and had to be jumped. Now manager says the battery was weak to begin with and it was not because of them leaving the accessory on or starting and stopping the vehicle without driving for long periods. That was the Honda, truck was a different story all together. Only complaint is that they filled the tire pressure up to 40 psi when the vehicle calls for 30 psi.

I WAS SHOPPING ACROSS THE STREET.CAOM OUT MY TIRE WAS ALMOST COMPLEATLY DLAT.DRIVE IN, WAS ASSISTED RIGHT AWAY AND THE TIRE WAS FIXED AT THE BLINK OF AN EYE.THANKS TO ALL.

I have used this store on several occasions but have not been satisfied with my visits overs the past 12 months.I have spoke with others and about their experiences as customers and responses have been very mixed.I suspected their to be a few scratches on my front bumper caused by their handling of my car while in their possession, but I only have the fact of my detailing the car the morning before my visit, as proof it happened in their control.When I first spoke to the manager, he had already discussed the issue with his employees and told me that his review of the video while my car was at their store, showed no incident.I asked if I and my friend could see the video and he said "not without a subpoena".I called back the next morning and asked if I alone could review the video to convince myself I was wrong, and he said he would check with his General Manager.I did receive a call back saying I could review the video, but I have a mistrust seed planted and will not press any further.I will be taking my Carrera in to have the bumper painted in a week from now.

Service with Big O is always excellent! I use Big O for all my auto needs

I'm always happy with their service and they keep me informed on what's happening with my car. - what they found and what they're doing to fix it.

I wandered into the shop after 1pm, was guided patiently to the tires that would best suit my needs, and although they didn't have my size in stock, the tires were delivered to the shop and installed that afternoon. Great experience. Will return.
