Just the usual - great service. Had low tire pressure and they did a thorough check of my tires. They don't pressure you to order any service that isn't needed.

Rick is awesome. My tires were wearing out before the warrant of 60,000 miles. He ordered new ones and go them pro-rated for me. Great customer service

Big O on Old Virginia Road in south Reno is my go to place ever since it opened. I have been going there since 2013 and will continue for the life of my car. It is so refreshing to see "familiar" faces. It says a lot when a company can retain quality people and all of the people at this store are the best! Great service, great pricing, and great waiting area. I always leave knowing that my car has been serviced properly and that I have been advised honestly.

While driving my tire went flat. I pulled into Big O at the end of the day on a Saturday and they worked me in and repaired my tire. I know they had to stay a little late. Jasmine was so kind and accommodating. I’m a recent widow…this was the first time I’ve ever dealt with something like this and was upset. Her kindness saved the day. I will forever be a Big O tire fan. Thank you so very much.
