The explanation of the status of all items on the check list was especially appreciated.

Friendly service. The staff explains things in a way that non-mechanics can understand. I NEVER feel that I'm being overcharged for any service or that the staff performs a service that I didn't need.

Richie was very insightful, he provided me with car alignment and brake replacement estimates. Overall I was very pleased with the service and will be returning in the foreseeable future to get the rest of this work finished on my car!

I called ahead and asked for two rear tires and an overall check of the car as I'm taking a road trip in a couple of weeks. It's usually very risky to ask a mechanic to do an overall inspection as they usually come back with a giant list of things that need fixed. Big O Tires was different. They inspected, found that my two front tires also needed replaced due to wear on the inside of the tire, replaced my wipers which I had asked for at the beginning and found nothing else wrong. The gentleman at the counter explained how worn my brake pads were and when I could expect to have to replace them. He even went over my need for tires due to alignment isssues likely because of the roads here. He offered me the 1-year alignment package which was only $20 more than a regular alignment. It will probably save me hundreds by extending the life of my tires. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Big O. Keep up the great service!!

Great service and everything was explained clearly. I will most definitely be going back to Big O Tires in the future instead of the car dealership. Much more economical than the dealership!
