Don and his team had me out of there in 60 minutes , great job guys Thank! I was happy to hear the owner invested in a new air compressor I know they had needed one for a while. Can't really perform at top efficiency with old equipment for very long before something breaks and you start to loose customers. I am sure the other stores are all in working order well lets hope....

Great customer service and frequent updates

I would recommend that you have a checklist of Red Yellow and green. This will help the customer understand what services were performed on the car in the actual Status of the services. Also showing the Current voltage of the battery charge would be useful . Otherwise service was excellent thinking about bringing all for my vehicles to this big O tire for service

I was satisfied with my experience at Big O Tires because the staff was friendly, the service was quick, and everything was communicated to me concisely.

I had a large gash in an almost new tire. Walmart Auto Center and other tire depots were unable to repair the tire and suggested I buy a new tire. Fortunately Eric at Tire Works, 7070 S. Jones, Vegas recommened I ask Mike at 'Big O Tires' as he is a specilalist at repairing nasty punctures. Mike's team at Big O Tires did a truly great job and made my day. NO CHARGE AT ALL, and no need for a new tire. How's that for service?

I just took my GMC Yukon in there because I could hear a clunk. The guys were very helpful and drove it around and told me that they couldn't find anything wrong. I really appreciate their honesty and not charging me for something I didn't need. They took it into the shop and double checked everything everything was fine for the road so they said to bring it back when the sound persists. We love this place. Tim was also very helpful on the phone on giving me a price estimate before I came in.

I walked in for an oil change and was greeted almost immediately by the person at the front desk. Jeff did my oil change and was quick and efficient. I was in and out sooner than expected!
