Big O Tires

The person at the desk was very nice and professional. He did go over some things that the needs done @some point. I have gone to Big O for years and will continue to come to Big O in the future..

All the team members very helpful and very knowledgeable. They got me in right away and took the time to explain what needed to be done, as well as what they were doing. I'm very happy and confident with my tire purchase. This is the second time I've been to that store because of tire issues, and will go there again if I have any more. I am a disabled veteran, and they did give me 10% off the alignment, I feel I should've been offered 10% the entire bill. I live on a fixed income and every penny saved is a big help

Making an appointment was very easy over the phone. Employees were friendly and I was in and out in 35 minutes. The price was a few dollars under of the other places I had called for a price.

Eva saved me. I was stuck in Caliente with no tires my size for 100 miles. She found the right tires and got my order ready for my son to pick up in the early am. Near disaster averted.

Good service! Warranty on tires and repair is the best in the area. They stand behind their product and do what they say they will do.

Everyone was awesome. I made an appointment but, when the tires came in earlier than expected, the store called me right away to see if I wanted to come in sooner, which I did. The install was quick and professional, and the staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I'll be switching from Discount Tire (my usual place) to Big O as a result of this experience.

Went in to discuss promotions on tires and an issue with my suspension. Diagnosed the issue with my car and provided a quote for the suspension work and tires. I'm sure I could have taken my car somewhere else to get the work done cheaper but they took the time explaining the issue and even took me to my car to show me the issue. Car was done same day and I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done. Had issues at other Big O locations with up selling but this place is honest with their recommendations

Good customer service and availability of the size tire I needed.

This is my go to shop for my vehicles. Mike is always corteous and goes the extra mile to meet my cars needs. The technicians are experienced and professional. They will peronnaly show you what is wrong with your car if they find something during the inspection. And/or call to let you know about it to get permission to fix it instead of just doing it then telling about it and charging you for it when you pick up the car. Very professional, personable and trustworthy store.

I would like to compliment the staff at the Centennial Center location. Despite not having an appointment, they were able to squeeze me in and get the needed tires delivered and installed quickly. I definitely will use them when it is time for new tires on my other vehicle!

The associate was friendly and honest and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want or need.

Carol, the new manager, understands my needs. I am a field service technician; got an oil change on my car a week ago Saturday; by the time I brought my wife's car in this last Saturday for an oil change, I had put 1842 business miles on my odometer. I do frequent maintenance over and above the required scheduled maintenance. Your store is my first choice, as long ss Carol is there.

The service manager was right on top of things; he knew what was going on in the service area and almost exactly how long it would take my oil change to get accomplished. The job was done promptly and in a very professional manner.

Friendly staff. When I went there the day before, and the gentleman said due to it being a day before the holiday, they were really backed up and just didn’t have the staff. He told me we will be open on the Fourth of July so come on back and we’ll get you taken care of. I came back on the Fourth of July, and I was taken care of! They plugged my tire and got me on my way, and made me feel safe.
