I had a tire that began losing air/ i was 30 miles from home at work and on my lunch hour went to this big o shop and i had gone to two places prior discount tire and the dang hyundai dealership both of whom acted like i was something to b scraped ofc their shoe? " mam we HAVE no appts availsble"� " mam SHOULD u decide to waIt it will b at LEAST 3 hours"�. At big o it was all "shat can we do to help you today / and i was in and out in 30 minutes-i WILL b back!

Always a pleasure

My two cars are KIA SOUL's. There is a rock plate under the oil pan that always catches oil when the filter is changed. Unless they clean it, it ends up on my garage floor. I went in for an oil change last Saturday and then, when I got home, I parked in the driveway, and oil started dripping. I called the store and they had me come back, and gave me a quart of engine oil cleaner that worked very well to clean up the drip. They also put my car up on the rack and re-checked their work, to make sure that they eliminated the problem. KUDO's to Ryan!

Overall great experience! Would drive back again to this exact location even tho it's over 30 minutes away. Andy was wonderful and communicated everything to me. Definitely recommending this location to everyone I know!

Took in 2 autos to be serviced for an upcoming trip, just simple oil changes and tires rotated. They let us know what additional work needed to be done and made a note since we needed to put them in the budget for a later date. They did not pressure us have us make expense repairs and the staff was very nice and easy to work with.

Andy, who waited on me, was very friendly, and had a fantastic personality.

My car had spline lug nuts that were stripped and the tire was flat. I had it towed to this location and they were able to put my spare are the car. They were VERY knowledgeable and gave me many options. I didn't know of this location and now this is MY location for any of my car needs. Thank You.

The manager didn't remember I wanted an alignment. So after the alignment check, the mech had to put my vehicle back on the ramp causing a longer wait time. It would also be good if your mechs took breaks at different times so vehicles aren't just sitting in the garage with no one around. But they do good work.

Here's a shout out for the outstanding customer service rendered by "Mr. Ray" at store 28892 on Centennial. My truck's A/C and steering systems were repaired by Ray and his crew, however, the next week the A/C quit. After bringing the vehicle back in for re-servicing, Ray had some issues acquiring the correct hose, causing delays and frustration on both our parts. He defused the "heated" situation through nothing less than perfect communication, coordination, competency, and kindness. As a Captain for Southwest Airlines, I work closely with our traveling customers, resolving a myriad of issues that arise in the transportation industry. Ray demonstrated nothing short of the finest customer service I've ever seen. He demonstrated the"Big 5" characteristics of customer service success... Caring, communication, character, competency, and courage. Again, applause and recognition from a very satisfied customer because of the outstanding effort of "Mr. Ray"! I can't wait for something else on my truck to break! ... just kidding.

They've always had some really friendly Guys at 0Tires! I love that place! 8! 5! There's all kinds of rating systems I have for them in my own head! From all the damn tires! But whether I was coming or going or just stopping in, 'man...I was lucky when I had that freaking coupon! Not so lucky when I found out my beloved car needed all that shit! Shocked I was! New Shocks? Ugh! Wasn't my husband supposed to fix all of this stuff for me?! Oh wait? Damn j, how hard did you drive the car? What the fuck were you doing? How'd you wreck it so hard it cost the same to fix as it did to pay off? You wound up with an 8k car? It was mine! I started at around 10k give or take a few bucks! But they treated my Elantra Nice at Big O' whatever happened. I might have bought the full set eventually from the most convenient place on the way to Cali when I had to get to Cali in a pink piggy pinch of a minute! But now I've got a personal dude over there who knows me and he's the best one they got I'm pretty sure. Cause Jeff can change a fucking tire!

The employees there were so nice and answered all my questions. I had a nail in my tire and called so many placed to get it fixed and either they wouldn't take me without an appointment or their wait was 4-6 hours/next day. Big O Tires was the only one that would take me in a reasonable time, I dropped in and it was done in less than 2 hours.

Eric gave me a great deal on all 4 of my tires. They did it in about an hour! Overall the service was fantastic! A special shout out to Eric and his excellent customer service. :)
