Big O Tires

I made an appointment and my car was taken in promptly. The issue was fixed and resolved in the estimated time. I was out on the road in less than 40 minutes. I love my Big O staff and their knowledge and professionalism.

Open on a holiday, took us with no appointment. Did an excellent job explaining what would be done and how long it would take. Periodic updates. Car was ready in good time.

upon pulling into the store. I was greeted before I exited my car. I felt very welcomed. this was my second time coming back. and by far this beats the Jiffy Lube right next door. customer service was awesome the guy in the front made me laugh out loud. definitely coming back every time. and any of my neighbors I will refer them. sincerely Randy Jackson

I was explained options in an easily understood way. Consideration was given relative to the age of the vehicle and the expected life of the options presented. Didn't try to over sell me.

The whole staff was super friendly and the store was very busy which is a good sign in my book. The girl at the counter gave a balloon to my 4 yr old son which he played with all day even after we were home. I have a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport with Z07 package. I had a right rear tire that kept losing air to find out the guys at Big O Tires found a huge screw in it. Even though the time I was there went way over from what I was supposed to be there, which part of the reason was due to an old part on my car, I am very happy with the service!The guys were accommodating and very efficient!

I had a tire issue and it was irreparable. The associate explained the problem and stated the tire was under warranty and was able to replace the tire and only paid for tire balance, great service.

My wife's air conditioner in her van was not cooling well so I stopped by to have it checked. They gave me a quote and started checking the system. They Charged the system and put in dye to check for leaks. I am to take it back in a few days to be checked. Van is cooling very well. Thanks for the great service.

It was a pleasant experience. I was even offered a ride home since it was gonna take a couple hours, possibly longer. It took less time than expected. I will continue to use Big O Tire for all my automotive needs.

I recently had brake work done at the Centennial location, dealing with the manager Angelo. The guy is a pro, I would highly recommend the entire staff for their professional behavior and their excellent work ethics.They have earned my respect and I look with favor to using their skill sets again.
