I came in 15 minutes to close in desperate need of a tire for my wife's van that had a blowout. The horrible Dodge dealership wouldn't honor their factory tires and we're trying to charge me $172 for a $70 tire. I met Mr. Giffin who hooked me up with a big foot tire that was cheaper and had an extremely better warranty! You need more folks like him! I'll be back for 3 more tires ASAP...You've all been great for the 24 years I've been driving...thank you I can count on you in a pinch. God bless...

Tech was friendly and considerate. Inspected my tire and was able to patch promptly. Additionally, he pointed out that there was good tread on the tires all around; however, because of the age of the tires—7 years—we should consider replacing soon.

The delivery of my battery was supposed to be 20 minutes. It arrived one hour and forty minutes later. It too only 10 minutes to install. Your staff and service was excellent, but your supplier stunk! I missed a grandson's ballgame but could have made it if the original timeline was met. I hope you can remedy this problem.
