Big O Tires

I've used this particular B/O-tire location exclusively over the last few years for both tire purchases & service needs for several vehicles. The team has done a great job & I've been satisfied w/ service, product knowledge, timeliness, & the respectful nature of the team in how they interact w/ me. They seem to care that the work is done to meet agreed upon expectations & if a repair needs add'l attention, they have demonstrated a commitment to get it done right for me. Very satisfied w/ this shop & the team that makes it tick.

I was shown how dirty my filters were, and price to replace. I also was told the price I paid for tires elsewhere could not be matched and I paid a good price.

was there on superbowl sunday, the guys there had me in and out so i didnt miss the game.. super speedy, great service, open sunday, and i got a good deal on my tires. thanks guys!

They got the job done when I didn't have an appointment

I was able to get in within an hour of calling and had my alternator and serpentine belt replaced, oil changed and tired rotated all in less than two hours. The staff knew exactly what was going on and fixed everything right the first Tim.

I love coming to this Big O Tires. When it comes to getting anything with my car done I come to both the Centennial and Lake Mead location. They are professional and never try to upsale me on work that doesn't need to be done to my car. I appreciate everyone that works there and that is why I drive 30 minutes to come to the Centennial location.

I have always been loyal to Big O tires...Great products! We needed new trailer tires, so I stopped by, Eric and Brian were on top of their game, we talked about what they offered, as usual it was gracious and professional...I went home took off the wheels, since my rig is too big to just run up for tires... tossed them in the truck, went back, they mounted and balanced the new ones in a very timely manner, and I was up and running...Nothing like super customer service and quality all wrapped up in one great price!!
