Big O Tires

In and out pretty quick.

I have always been loyal to Big O tires...Great products! We needed new trailer tires, so I stopped by, Eric and Brian were on top of their game, we talked about what they offered, as usual it was gracious and professional...I went home took off the wheels, since my rig is too big to just run up for tires... tossed them in the truck, went back, they mounted and balanced the new ones in a very timely manner, and I was up and running...Nothing like super customer service and quality all wrapped up in one great price!! Thanks guys! God Bless you all...

Mike was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I was visiting from out of town and had a tire emergency. Because of the bad storm during the weekend, he and the technician did everything they could to get new tires on my car so that I would be safe on the road during my trip back home. I greatly appreciate the service the guys provided me. Thank you!

Everyone was extremely professional and kind I had no appointment and they got my tires all checked and back on my car in less than an hour! Everyone was great!

I AM NOT HAVING THAT GREAT OF LUCK WITH YOUR STORES. My first experience was to buy tires, it took 6 trips to that store to get it right. They destroyed my tire sensors, miss balanced them, and flat lied to my face. I wrote a 3 page letter to corporate. Second visit different store,Manager was lazy ,not very knowledgeable. I asked him to be sure to do the work & inspection, tires where not rotated . When I arrived to get my car he gave me a different vehicle then I arrived in. I wonder if anyone will read this letter at corporate?

Brian was great, explained all the services needed with no pressure to buy anything. We will return to see him again.

I am not happy with the alignment I don't think they did a good job. My caravan goes to the right never felt that they did the aligment. I was the last customer of the day. I am a late sleeper and I need to take back my caravan even though I feel that it should be charged for a job they did not do.

I don't know his name. But I believe he is assistant manager. He is really organized kind to all and handles the business with ease.

Went to BigO tired for an oil change to see what they would come up with once they lifted the car. I had a man named Jose approach me to talk about what he saw that needed attention.Nothing extra was added to makextra dollars. Somewhere elsethe prior day wasscary.

Great Service. Only thing that could have been improved was an estimated time my vehicle would be done since I needed a ride to pick it up. Have been to this location prior and always good service.

This is the third time I've brought my car to Big O Tires. I've always had courteous and fast service. I live in Las Vegas and Big O Tires will always be my tire store.

They got the job done in a timely manner.

This was a planned visit for service and parts to be replaced. Inspection completed the previous month and visit scheduled the previous afternoon. All was ready to begin when I arrived in the morning. Manager provided all possible discounts for service and parts. Courtesy ride was provided from shop to home and back from home to shop. All work was completed in less time than I expected. Performance improvement by vehicle after service is obvious. Great work and service! I will return again when next service is needed.

Very professional and explained the process. Told me how long it would take & offered me a place to wait. Check out was easy.

I arrived at 0650, 10 minutes before opening and they were already open and ready to work. The gentleman was on the phone when I walked in early and told the party on the other end he would get back to them as he had a customer in front of him. Turns out it was corp on the other line and he opted to take care of the customer vs staying on the phone. Great way to make me feel like they valued my business, great work there. The tire tech was thorough, cleaned up any mess he made, checked ALL tire pressures and even asked me if there was anything else he could do to help me. Excellent way to run a business and keep customers coming back, especially when I went in to pay and they said no charge for flat repairs. Awesome shop, keep up the good work.

The only issue I've ever had is trying to use my debit as credit and you do not have a bypass button.

Upper suspension bushings, new tires and complete alignment on my suburban all done at a fair price and in a timely manner. The staff at this location are all knowledgable,friendly and talkative. It's not the first time I've shopped at this Big O and won't be the last, they even went as far as instructing me how to take the play out of my steering box myself too save me a few bucks in labor

I trust them. I've had my car there many times. They're honest, they provide good service, and their quality is great.

I came in to have a headlight replaced and the woman who greeted me told me there were two cars before me. She ended up changing it herself and told me to inspect it before I left. Thanks for a great experience.

Eric and Andy were very friendly. Eric explained the problem with the car and the possible solutions that fit my needs. I felt comfortable and believed that they were being honest. It was a great experience .
