I had an appointment for oil change at 4:30, I called if they can take my truck earlier Phil said no problem. Phil is a great guy his customer service is extremely excellent. I trust Big O Tires fast service the integrity & honesty is there, that's why I keep on going back. I recommend Big O Tires to my family, friends and everyone

D’Angelo came to my rescue. I literally got a nail in my tire pulled over to gas station looked to right and saw big o tires. Drove a few feet over and D’Angelo greeted me I showed him mail and from there gave me the best customer service! My car was fixed and completely in a timely manner.

Daniel was a big help I Need it to tires I had to leave and when I came back there was another guy in front of me who needed to tires I was really pleased at Daniel did my car 1st so thank you Daniel

The employees were very detailed in assisting me. They got me the best deal which was buy three get one free. Overall I was very satisfied.

This was our first time dealing with Big O Tires and we were very pleased. Managers were knowledgeable and explained what tires would be appropriate for our vehicle. The mechanic noticed we needed rear shocks and the price was reasonable. The job was completed in the estimated time and we'll be back for additional service.
