Big O Tires

The A/C in the store was not working which makes it very uncomfortable for the customers. Hope the owner gave the go ahead to pay for the a/c to be replaced. I spent my time in a restaurant crossed the street to keep cool. Other then that the service was fine and they gave me a fair price for all the work that needed to be done to my car.

Came in on Sunday after having a blow out on my RV - They set me up with 5 new trailer tires got me out in a couple of hours. Great job by your team.

I took my car in to get new tires and an oil change. I needed to be out in 1.5 hours and they had it ready in 1 hour. It drives even better than before.

Anthony was just the nicest guy. I had a rental car from a company here in Las Vegas that's not well known. I was responsible for anything that went wrong with the car. There were 5 nails in the back tire. Anthony sold me a tire, got it mounted and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Sears wanted to charge me $125 to do everything. Anthony had everything done for under $100, I was a happy camper. I was with my niece who recommend Big O Tire and if I do decide to move to Las Vegas, I will be using you all again.

My rear passenger tire sustained a sidewall cut by striking an object lying in the road. The Rock Springs store where I had originally purchased the full set did not have my tire model in stock but they looked and found that it was in stock in the Ft Apache store. They gave me the option to wait for the tire to be delivered from the Ft Apache store or drive myself there for the replacement. I drove to the Ft Apache store and they replaced the damaged tire and covered the cost through the warranty program. The job was finished in less than one hour.

I did oil change and tire rotation. Nice stuff, nice service, I recommend to anyone.

The service was explained to me . I had to wait to get tires delivered but that was ok. I went home and picked up after work.
