the service and the time they took

since moving to Vegas I have brought my car to the Big O Tires in Henderson. I have had a wonderful experience there too. This time they were very busy so I brought my car to the Fort Apache location, it is closer to my house, as well. I was so impressed with how fast and efficient they were. I don't know much about cars, and lets face it, car places are known for taking advantage, so i had my father speak with them. He had them looking for problems (to make sure everything else was ok) and they still only did what actually needed to be done. They had to have parts delivered for my repairs and Jeremy was on the phone every 30 minutes checking the status. He also was calling my father to report updates. I was skeptical of going somewhere new, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Thank you guys so much for your honesty and for actually caring about your costumers. I will not only recommend you to everyone i know, but i'll be returning forever. Great job!

Customer Service a 10!

It started with a phone call to see how long the wait would be since my location had a 4 hr wait for alignment, balance, and rotation. John was excellent from the phone, call letting me know he could get me in as soon as I arrived, to my arrival, when he did just that!! Throughout my wait, John informed me where they were in the process and how much longer it would be. I usually go to the Rainbow/215 location since it is closer to home, but the service I was provided by John at the Fort Apache location can't be topped! I will be returning to this location again. Thank you very much John!!

Rich is awesome and I’m glad he is back. He and the whole team after friendly and professional. I have an older car with quirks and they explain my issues clearly and any other issues that may arise. I feel safe knowing they are looking out for me and my car.

Richard was extremely helpful and patient. he was the only one up front to assist customers, which were a few, plus answer the phone and still remain patient and pleasant. He did NOT rush anyone, took the time for each customer no matter how busy. Maybe additional up front help would be beneficial to the customers. THANKS RICHARD!!!

I had spent the last week jump-starting my car every day, assuming that replacing the battery would be a long, expensive chore that I just didn't want to do. Finally, after my husband promised to take care of it over the weekend, and didn't, I called Big O to see how long it would take for someone to replace my battery while I was on a lunch break. I spoke to a friendly employee who said they had my battery in stock and could get to changing it as soon as I could get there. I arrived a few minutes after my phone call, handed over my car, paid (about $20 less than I expected) and was contemplating what to read while I waited, when an employee walked in and said the car was ready. 15 minutes from phone call to new battery! I'll definitely be back when I need tires!
