Big O Tires

I made an appointment for 4 new tires. The shop was ready for me and performed the work in about an hour. I used my Big O Credit card and saved even more ($50.00 Visa card). Nice surprise. Shop personnel very friendly and helpful. Thanks.

Arrived with a flat tire off the vehicle, needed a replacement. Work was completed quickly and I was able to fix the problem.

Bought tires all around for two cars. Talk to Mike. He's a real pro on the phone. Mike is the reason I drove 20 miles one way.

I had an unusual request. To find and mount 2 new tires on old car rims from an unknown application. These are being used as "rollers" for a car being restored that will eventually have period correct vintage tires mounted on original wheels. So I wanted the lowest price tires that were rated to support the vehicle's weight during towing between shops. Richard was able to find a good match for me based on the rims alone.

The tire I had purchased at this location was damaged by a blade-like object. It could not be fixed and was under warranty. A new tire had to be brought over from another location. I was up-dated on the progress several times. Great service by very friendly and helpful employees, starting with the manager.

I forgot the manager’s name but he is super friendly. What I appreciate most is that he will tell you what your car needs but won’t try to push you into buying services or products- which most shops do! It feels genuine, which makes me want to always come back.

I came in to replace my breaks. Mike helped me out quickly and even gave me a ride home. Breaks were finished within two hours. Friendly phone call to let me know when finished. I will definitely be coming back for future services!

I keep coming back because all the staff are so friendly. Great customer service! I am a stickler for that and its not easy to find. It would be nice to not have to reacquaint myself each time with the store manager. Gives company a bad reputation as we the clients are left to think the staff were fired opposed to possible company reassigning. I'm a great office manager if you need one.. LOL!

I went for oil change and the Happy Car special everything seem to work fine for now.
