Used them for new tires and now oil change. Good service and fair price!!

I have always had a good experience with this location. I live closer to the rainbow store but the service isn't as good.

Everything was very clear, pricing was exactly as agreed. There were a couple of small issues with the car & I was advised, these can be tended to later. In this day & age good business is about building relationships, this location is working well at doing this, with me at least. I did have relationship of sorts over the years with this BigO branch, they've always been willing to tackle anything I throw at them. OH, and while we're at it, if i want to give a staff member a tip for good service, THATS MY RIGHT!!! Vegas is that type of city!! So take down the STUPID "NO TIPS" sign. Please!! Air pressure checks and a ton of small tasks I call in for deserve a tip of some sort, so I dont have to get dirty myself doing it!! Thank You & please act on this one quickly.

I have been to competitors and they have made me wait hours for a tire change and terrible customer service BUT....This particular Big O Tires was the best service I have ever encountered! I live closer to other competitors and I actually come to this particular place! Customer service was great and wait time is not long. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!
