Big O Tires

Eric was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a flat tire and wasn't sure I was going to make it to their shop before they closed. I called and told them my situation, and from phone call to face to face interaction, they were very helpful and friendly the whole time. Definitely will be recommending them to family and friends. As for me, they are my new go to tire company. They made a very bad day end on a happier note. Thank you Big O Tires and especially a great big Thank You to Eric and staff on forte apache. You guys Rock!

I have been having the same problem since last year. I taking it on Charleston he supposed to been fix the problem on January 25 on February 5 same problem again. I just taking it back on Fort Apache they took care of the problem. Hoping it fix now been going back a year for the same problem.

They gave me a great price andet me know what future attention my car would be needing. I was already aware but it was nice to know they did a vehicle check.

Andrew Sessions took good care of us. I had my kids with me so time in of the essence. Andrew made quick work with my vehicle and I was super appreciative for that! This isn't the nearest Big O Tires to my house, but I will now only go to this Big O Tires because of the excellent service provided.

I got my oil change a few days ago and they worked on my vehicle as soon as I got there. It was done in the amount of time that they said. And I was out of there before it got busy. No complaints here. Thanks guys!

Everything was excellent at this location. I was having my vehicle serviced at a different Big O and was not happy with the service and had problems with the staff causing damage to my vehicle. This Big O made it a better expierence!

Quick and simple. I scheduled first appointment of the day and was immediately taken care of.

I scheduled an appointment the day before fir an oil change. They offered me a coupon. I arrived the next day and it took about 30 minutes for oil change.

Took my auto in for maintenance servicing and they were very easy to understand, knowledgeable and the prices were very competitive.

Parked, walked in 40 min later drove out. Tire rotation with one person before me.

Manager Dave is always friendly and gets me taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Henry and Jeff have done excellent maintenance as well. 5 Stars across the board!!!!

Did not have an appointment. They took my car anyway placed 4 new tires etc and were efficient and friendly

I have previously had help from Nick. When my Husband said go to that location because of Dave & Nick I didn't have a second thought, I knew they would take care of my car. After all I was going on a Trip!

Everything was as advertised no surprise costs.
