Big O Tires

Eric was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a flat tire and wasn't sure I was going to make it to their shop before they closed. I called and told them my situation, and from phone call to face to face interaction, they were very helpful and friendly the whole time. Definitely will be recommending them to family and friends. As for me, they are my new go to tire company. They made a very bad day end on a happier note. Thank you Big O Tires and especially a great big Thank You to Eric and staff on forte apache. You guys Rock!

I have been going to Big O for awhile since I used to lived in Phoenix AZ. I am always satisfied every visit.

They gave me a great price andet me know what future attention my car would be needing. I was already aware but it was nice to know they did a vehicle check.

I scheduled an appointment the day before fir an oil change. They offered me a coupon. I arrived the next day and it took about 30 minutes for oil change.

I got my oil change a few days ago and they worked on my vehicle as soon as I got there. It was done in the amount of time that they said. And I was out of there before it got busy. No complaints here. Thanks guys!

Arrived and 2 mechanics and Service Manager evaluated my car issue and explained to me what needs to be done....with NO PRESSURE.

Manager Dave is always friendly and gets me taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Henry and Jeff have done excellent maintenance as well. 5 Stars across the board!!!!

Everything went as well as anyone would want it to go, there was a price fluctuation due to the cost of material however the employees made all the difference. Grade A performance from the entire team at the 89147 location (s. Fort apache).

I have previously had help from Nick. When my Husband said go to that location because of Dave & Nick I didn't have a second thought, I knew they would take care of my car. After all I was going on a Trip!
