Big O Tires

I needed tires and my steering was loose. I drove the 4 hours to North Las Vegas, from my rural community, arriving at 5 p.m. The gentlemen there were pleasant, even after knowing the job would take longer than an hour (their closing time). I asked for good tires for the snow, needing 4 of them, the tires were in stock, two men worked on my vehicle, including replacing the tie rods and the work was completed by 6:15. I felt respected and confident that they would do a good job. My cars steering feels WONDERFUL..and the snow rated tires were perfect for the new 6" of snow we had when I arrived home! Thank you!!!

I stopped going to a different Big O because the service and honesty was atrocious and suspect. So I decided to try this Big O on Fort Apache. I am submitting this review because I specifically wanted to give Sean a POSITIVE stand-up shout-out for doing an excellent job, being organized, and serving customers efficiently--so efficiently the car is done before I have even finished my lunch at the Thai restaurant. Again, Sean deserves a positive mention and it appears, at this point, that the operation is being properly run, with the mechanics and the front counter staff.

Making the appointment and check in were a breeze. The price was a bit more than I was expecting but the communication was made before the work was done. i will go back.

Melvin and Andrew along with their team took care of getting tires for my Crossfire, then I had rims shipped to this location, which they put on; I also had a battery installed. All work was completed in timely manner and was done efficiently.

Called the store manager about a screw in my tire. He said to come on down and the wait time was 10 minutes, which is all I actually had to wait. They took care of my tire and rotated my tires as well, in less than a half an hour. All employees from start to finish had great customer service skills. Best experience I've ever had at a tire shop and will return. Thank you David and staff.
