Big O Tires

Sorry, I forgot his name, but the manager (Wednesday afternoon, 2:00pm) was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. I spoke to him over the phone prior to coming in and because of his demeanor and helpfulness over the phone I decided to drive there for new tires on my 14' enclosed trailer. He got me taken care of and out the door very efficiently and with a very good set of tires at a reasonable price.

I took it to get a flat tire looked at and that's what it was. They fixed it in a timely manner and I was on my way.

David went over all my financing options which helped a lot in repairing my car and Mike showed me where my problems were coming from! I had Big O replace the tires on my 2013 Hyundai Sonata. Vince, the manager, went above and beyond to find tires that met my requirements. Vince identified a Michelin product that has delivered the quiet ride I sought with excellent ride and handling.

I have been coming to this location for years because it's close to my home. As well, the pricing is competitive.

The guys were Great, I would go back for other services.

I'm relatively new to the area. I've tried other Big O's in the area and was not happy with the service. This location has always been quick, professional, and honest. I would definitely recommend.

from the time we walked in , wait time and at the end - we were treated kindly , the front desk guy answered all of our questions with no hesitation very friendly and knowledgeable . We will be taking our cars back to this location . We also will highly recommend to friends . This place has very good service , very clean and nice location.
