Big O Tires

Please acknowledge the service person who service my car for excellent customer service and also showing me possible defects and not pressuring you to repair it. My car is now at the dealer being repaired since it's still under warranty. Hats off to him for addressing the issue.

The associate was very friendly and nice. The price was $10 cheaper than the rainbow location and less busy.

Went in for an oil change...and that's what I got!

Couldn't get the tire pattern to match my front tires,but the mgr got a close as he could.

John was great the vehicle was ready on time.

No appt just came in to see if they could do a oil change. No muss no fuss in and out in less then 45 min.

I went to them 2 weeks ago for replacement of all my tires. Wonderful service. Eric and the team was very nice. Went to them again on struts and belts replacementthis weekend. Eric was there again and was very helpful. Thanks for the wonderful service!

Came in on a whim to see if they could take me in for a oil change. And in less then a hour I was out the door.

Quick service and direct information on pricing. I used the tire-protection service from a prior purchase and just paid a low fair price for service. Easy appointment scheduling. Tire instillation and realignment took less than 30 minutes.

I've been to this Big O Tires several times and EVERY TIME the service is great and the employees are friendly.

The guys here were very professional. The filter for my Mercedes wasn't in stock, they had it delivered in 15 minutes. My car was the only one there so the guys really took the extra time to inspect the small things and make sure my car tip top. They conversated with me and make it a great experience.

As oon as I walked in I had someone asking about what I needed...I was there for a flat on my Caddy and they fixxed it for free...i also needed an oil change which they did and i got a quotoe for 4 new tires on my Yukon which I am going to do next week....AWESOME SERVICE AND I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!

I brought a different car in a month before to check on a leaking tire plug installed the day before in Barstow. Your team took a detailed look at the tire, recommended I not attempt to patch the tire due to potential further problems (sage advice), and did not charge me anything for that service. Because of that, I brought my CRV back this time to purchase new tires from your shop. Thank you.
