Big O Tires

My tire had a blade in it. I walked in to the shop, and had a new tire installed within the half hour. Great customer service that I felt was honest and respectful. Sometimes in places like this, women are treated differently, but this wasn't the case. This is the only place I will go for tires for the rest of my life! The service man showed me my tire, and was happy that it hadn't blown out on me. I felt respected and was happy with the service. Great place!!

Dusty and his team made us feel like more than a customer- they made us feel welcomed, appreciative of our business, and like our vehicle's needs would be resolved correctly!

David Mackey is a great asset to your company. And the other workers at this location deserves a shout out as well. But the way David respond to the customers, he also treat the employees with the same respect. Love Big O Tires. I am female and it's hard to find an honest and knowledgeable car repair shop.

This location is very convenient to where I can just pop over to a food place or even the 7 Eleven. Easy way to pass the time if you have a longer wait.

Able to scheduled appointment, and Manager showed kindness, sociable, politeness.

Had flat tire and was going to replace 2 tires anyway. Tires were not available but one call and the tires were on their way. Repaired the two front tires (3 nails and 1 nail), oil change, and 45000 mile service in just over 2 hours. Will always go to Big O first.
