The store on Fort Apache was very helpful got me in and out .they were able to get my lost receipt pulled up to see my warranty .This store helped,lesson learned however .My store was closed it was on charleston and buffalo ,I payed cash another lesson,I bought tires ,rear brakes and talked into a 5 year wheel alignment .A super deal I told myself incredible savings ,made my truck happy to ha.I was a little short of cash so we dickered a bit .i kept 2 of my tires for the cost savings dug out the extra money .payed for the 5 year plan in the end and left .I was at the fort Apache store and saw my receipt for the first time at first I only wanted the one year ,I found out it was never adjusted to the five.where did the extra go.???? I am out but it's my fault for not looking .

Able to scheduled appointment, and Manager showed kindness, sociable, politeness.

I brought my trailblazer in for a standard tire rotation. But they also notice I had work done on motor mounts and control arms. Done at a different company. My motor mounts had nuts missing or coming off. The ball joint had never been greased. Without them pointing this out I could have been in trouble in the future. It meant the world to me that they were diligent and notified me. I would highly recommend this location and will never take my car anywhere else for now on.

I had quite a bit of work done on my car last weekend. I have to admit that I know nothing about automobile mechanics, so I'm relying on the workers at the shop to be honest with what needs to be done. I was very pleased with the service, and my old car is running great.
