Overall the experience I had at the Fort Apache location was amazing. They had a great staff working, had a sense of urgency and were very friendly. The only thing was that I made an appointment online and when I came, the employee at the front desk was unaware of the appointment made online. I do not blame the employee for anything, I just hope you guys can fix that part so in the future, the employee won’t be put in an awkward situation. Andrew was the one that helped me and he was very informative and helpful. Thanks for all the help! Will be coming back again and recommending my friends and family to come here.

My air conditioning stopped working while I was driving so I immediately drove to Big O because that’s where I always go for my oil changes. The manager there was beyond friendly and helped me out immediately even though I was initially told it was a 2 hour wait. He walked out to my car to look at my filter and changed it right away. I’m very grateful that I didn’t have to miss work waiting around to get it looked at somewhere else. I always return to this location!

Very helpful. I see you tomorrow . A new tire different one had a nail in it. It not losing pressure but it has to be removed from the tire.

Called to ask about a tire size in stock. Which they had. Drove down in ten minutes and the tire was replaced within 30 minutes after my arrival. Very professional. Good job!

I had a flat tire that needed to be repaired and needed my oil changed. The guys all hustled together to get the work done and Jeremy the service manager, went out to the bays to help the technicians finish up. I plan on taking my vehicles here whenever I need a service done for my car..

Friendly fast service

Went in for an oil change. Got great service from the counter all the way out back. The technician showed me exactly what I needed to attend to for future service. Guys at the counter shared and closed with a pleasure doing business, and asked for any constructive criticism for improving their great customer experience.

My battery died they checked the alternator and everything else to make sure it wasnt anything other than the battery. They were helpful friendly the store is always clean and everybody there is just awesome

There was a different person helping me since my last visit; however, the result was the same recommendation of services I need for my car maintenance. This was cool. They didnt push upgrades and pad my estimate for extras. So, I felt they were not trying to exploit me as a female customer. Thank you. I'll be back for those services soon. I appreciate the fact you didnt attempt to take advantage of the situation. Good business practices.
