Big O Tires

The Big O team on S. Fort Apache is always kind, thorough and informs me of the proper recommendations needed for my cars/truck. The staff is very knowledgeable and prepared for what the job may be entailed of. I will continue taking our vehicles there.

Phil the manager was just a cool guy and had a very visible great attitude and was just super pleasant!! We found the problem and got it done, it took awhile to finish but that was because of ordering parts! I just liked the guy !!

Good price, fast service: Went in to replace a damaged tire, had the tire at the price i wanted and got me in and out in a reasonable time. Well Done.

The guys at this Big O Tires at Ft. Apache are great. In particular, Brian - the head tech - has always serviced my car, knows it well and I trust him when he tells me what I need and what I don't regarding my Toyota FJ Cruiser. If I ever have an issue or notice something isn't running right, Brian always seems to diagnose it quickly. I never leave there feeling ripped off. In fact, it's just the opposite. I leave there feeling relieved that my truck is safe and running smoothly. One thing I should mention however is that whenever I take my truck to this location for service - big or small - there seems to be a new manager/management staff each time. Lotta turnover. Just when you get comfortable with the staff there they change things up. Not sure why they do this so often. But it does lack consistency from a customer perspective. That said, this Big O has serviced my truck wonderfully. Brian is the man! Thank you.
