I received excellent service from this store. They are very competitive with their prices and they certainly aim to please. I bought 4 tires and they gave me a great price. They put them on in a timely manner and they have great customer service as well. Very pleasant dealing with staff and management. Vinny will make sure you are taken care of. I came in to Big O Tired in Fort Apache for a nail in my tire. They repaired my tire for no charge which was greatly appreciated. Great, friendly, and professional service. Highly recommended.

GREAT SERVICE!!! Entire crew was great, super friendly and courteous! Sean was awesome at keeping updated regarding my truck, wish I could remember names of the other crew members there. Everyone there on 5/24 from 8am-1pm was awesome!

Matched a tire for me that I could not find any place else in town for a reasonable price!

I blew a tire on Wednesday night and in the parking lot I changed it in a young guy named Anthony asked me if I needed help. I had already finished putting the donut on n was putting everything away but Anthony's common courtesy struck me in a good way. Anthony then mentioned that he worked at a Big O Tires off Flamingo and Twain and to come in for a tire and made some suggestions on the tires they had in stock etc. This simple act of kindness (not to get cheesy) was the reason Big O got my business Friday morning. I went in and was helped promptly by a taller heavier set man (seemed like the manager) and he gave me a time frame to come back for the tire cause he was busy and I came back and everything worked out just fine. Service was quick all employees were courteous price for the tire was fair. If I have any other vehicle issues I'll definitely be coming back to Big O Tires.

This shop took me in last minute on a Saturday for a really important repair.

My visit last Wednesday, 4 days ago, was quick and efficient with advice for future maintenance need. I will go back and make this my permanent service station.

Pete and his team did an exceptional job! They were very courteous and efficient with helping me get my tires replaced and were even able to make some very helpful recommendations with fixing my brakes. I am very grateful because they were able to show me exactly what the issues were and helped me understand what would be the best options. (this is a lot more than the dealership ever bothers to do).

The new manager John is wonderful. He gave me a ride home when my car repair took over 4 hours, twice in 5 weeks. He tells you if you can wait getting a repair and tells you when you can't, that it might be dangerous. I hope you keep John as manager forever. He is very knowledgeable about all repairs also. I always take my car to big O even though I pass 4 other car repair places on the way to Big O. Thank you everyone at Big O on Ft Apache and Twain.

They stayed late on a holliday to keep me Rollin. They even put my spare tire back underneath the vehicle.

David was super nice. I was greeted when I walked in. He looked at my car. Set me up with exactly what I wanted. I already knew all 4 tires needed to be replaced, but was only interested in 1. He didn't pressure me which I like. The only downfall is I noticed the guys just put my spare tire in my trunk, not where it's suppose to be. Now I have to lift the dirty heavy tire myself to place it back in its spot. Don't be lazy guys.
