Phil Was particularly helpful in that he found me an uncommon tire to replace my flat. Other stores would take several days. He found three in the city.

All their oil change options state you get an alignment check and rotation. The alignment check is done by driving the vehicle and the rotation didn't happen. Not a big deal because one, I didn't have to pay for it and two, I didn't really have time but if you're going to advertise it it should be done or at least ask. An oil change for less than $45 and I don't have to do it is still a win in my book.

I had to ask AFTER I was done with the mounting of 2 tires, if my quote included a senior discount. It did not & had to be recalculated down $40.

The female employee was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful she went above and beyond to explain things to myself and my daughter. We had the oil changed on my daughter's vehicle. And because of that we put four new tires on the car as well .

Alignment machine wouldnt function. I had to drive to a different location for alignment and then drive back to initial store for new tire mount and balance.

Store on Fort Apache had a very kind manager, spoke to me using my name. Made me feel welcome and important. Will definately go back, and recommend this location to others
