Big O Tires

I dropped my car off in the morning and they gave me a ride to work. It was quite a big job, but they called me and let me knew what was going on. It was finished by about 12:30. Big O tends to charge more than other, smaller shops, but I've never had to take it back a 2nd time to get it fixed again. Everyone was really professional and nice. I would give an "excellent" rating, but it was a pretty expensive trip.

Store on Fort Apache had a very kind manager, spoke to me using my name. Made me feel welcome and important. Will definately go back, and recommend this location to others

I took my car in for an oil change. I knew my brakes were getting close to needing replacement. They confirmed that my brakes and rotors needed replacement. I mentioned that I had purchased "lifetime brake pads" years ago with Big O. Between stores closing, new ownership of corporate...it seems it is very difficult to find any confirmation of my "lifetime pads". The manager even said they do not offer that. I differed with him. Through some phone calls and research, he found that I was correct and grandfathered in. He honored that, nut the cost is still pretty high. I did the work as I am generally very happy with their work. I took my road trip and there were no issues. I can only justify the 4-star rating due to the loss of records, difficulty in finding them, lack of return of my old parts as requested, and the usual up-charging that most any garage will try to do. You have to really know your car and have some mechanical knowledge to best avoid scams. The team was very friendly and service was quite fast. I will continue to use Big O, but will always remain on guard, especially in this town...for any auto shop!

Mike and the guys allowed us to have our Ford Explorer to their shop and kept it in safe storage for a week until we could afford the needed immediate repair. We'll be bringing both of our cars back to this Big O location, especially the Explorer!

I AM 80 YEARS OLD AND THINGS LIKE BUYING TIRES ARE A FIRST SINCE MY HUSBAND ALWAYS TOOK CARE OF THESE THINGS SO I WAS APPREHENSIVE ABOUT BEING ABLE TO DO THIS AND I THANK PHIL SO MUCH FOR HIS HELP ALL WENT WELL

I like this store, as I used to go to the one on rainbow but they are too busy. This shop is open later...perfect for after work. The manager is very nice and assisted me with what I needed to do. Great job!

I came in to see about getting two new tires, as I had to replace one tire a couple weeks ago due to a nail. I was worried about the quality of the replacement tire I got (used, different brand), but I was told that the tire was in good shape and the same size as the originals. The gentleman helping me said he would be more than happy to sell me two new tires, but I was more than safe and okay to wait a bit longer, and to get some more use out of the two I was going to replace. I also received a great price on an oil change (cheaper than I had been paying at a place up the road), and got a free alignment check, which came back positive. I could have been lied to and told I needed two or four new tires, an alignment, and overcharged me for an oil change, but I wasn't. I am going to start doing all the maintenance I can at this store on my car and my wife's car because of the honesty and quality work.

I've come here a couple times, and i've had good service, the last time i went to get a wheel alignment done and I asked the customer service clerk to have the mechanics check my tires as my tire pressure light was on and i had just bought new tires, but she was so chatty with the mechanics it was never brought up because i got in the car and drove away and noticed the light was on, but other than that, it's a great company, they don't try and sell you what you don't need and that's what i love about the company.
