The service and personalized attention was awesome. The tires had to be ordered but came in the very next day and my car left the shop running as smooth as brand new.

The A/C in the store was not working which makes it very uncomfortable for the customers. Hope the owner gave the go ahead to pay for the a/c to be replaced. I spent my time in a restaurant crossed the street to keep cool. Other then that the service was fine and they gave me a fair price for all the work that needed to be done to my car.

I called three different times to get an appointment and spoke to three different people. Despite commitments from each person that they would get back to me to confirm my appointment it was never confirmed. I arrived at the store when I thought I had an appointment and had to start allover again with what I wanted ( 4 new tires that were on special) and they had to order them from the warehouse. It took all day to get my old tires replaced. The tires are fine but the service was fair at best.

Came in on Sunday after having a blow out on my RV - They set me up with 5 new trailer tires got me out in a couple of hours. Great job by your team.

The desk reps were very nice, respectable and honest. The installers came up short as the incorrect pressure was put into the replacement tire (over 10 psi too much) and they failed to check the other tires and match all tires pressure. Overall a good experience, but disappointed as I am starting to experience and hear other people's experience with other shops as well, where the work is not always thorough or incorrect.

I had an appointment at 8 a.m. A walk-in came in at the same time. I was getting an oil change and the counter tech suggested a flush and an injector cleaner and I said, "As long as it doesn't add too much time". He said, "No, it'll be the same amount of time". The walk-in's car went to the bay while mine sat in the lot. A second walk-in came and his car was moved to the bays. Mine got to the bays as well but sat there. A third customer came in. Almost three hours later, they were finished with my car and the two previous walk-ins were gone within about 45 minutes of arriving. Where was the benefit of making an appointment if everyone else is coming in after me. I realize that the flush requires about ten minutes of the car running, the injector clean may add about another 15 minutes. Oil change doesn't take more than about 20 minutes. So, why the extra two hours of my life being wasted sitting in a noisy lobby? I don't think I'll be using your business anymore because this is not the only time that this has happened but you can be it'll be the last.

The gentleman at the counter was very helpful with me and my mom and also I saw with other people he did his very best to get them out of there with a smile on their face

arrived at store at 8;20 AM for a 8:30 AM for a apt. Upon arrival at 8:20 AM the service doors were still closed. their hours are 8 AM to 6 PM on Sunday. So I know there mit be a problem with my apt. I was correct, was told to come back at 10:30 AM. I am not sure when I go back things will be better. I have been a loyal customer for years. Will let you know what happens at my 10:30 apt.

I got my tire service over at Fort Apache and desert inn and Philip and Melody awesome.... The department took care of my tires and both offered me an area to drink coffee or water.... The atmosphere was comfortable.... Good job on their department......
