Came in for an oil change and through igOs multi point check several items were brought to my attention. I acted on the throttle clean problem. The car seems to be driving a bit better. Thanks VM

The person who checked me in looked at my flat and then quickly looked at the other tires and said I needed all new tires. I had just gotten new tires last year and don't drive a lot. She never measured the tread. Then later in the visit she had an argument with the manager or supervisor. She also asked us if we had heard her say something to a customer who had left during the argument. It was all very awkward. At the end she asked me to rate her performance in front of her. It was uncomfortable.

I am satisfied with the repair work, but it took 20 minutes to get me checked in because their entire computer database has been purged by corporate forcing them to call Florida for any warranty verifications.I own a business myself and I tell you, this is ridiculous.Big O may loss my business as a consequence of this and I have been servicing four cars with Big O.

It was great service. They saved me having get stuck with a flat from somewhere. I had know idea my tire was that bad. They showed me and the service was fast and my tires are all good now.

I went there to get a oil change but the guys couldn't "figure out" what kind oil my car needed. They up sold me on the more expensive one because I didn't know the type of oil my car needed. You guys are suppose to be the experts.

This was our first time dealing with Big O Tires and we were very pleased. Managers were knowledgeable and explained what tires would be appropriate for our vehicle. The mechanic noticed we needed rear shocks and the price was reasonable. The job was completed in the estimated time and we'll be back for additional service.

The engine oil just changed, but the oil leak was found the next day. This simple oil change process showed an oil leak. It seems that the pilot was very sloppy.

I walked in an asked for an oil change. I also told the manager I thought the power steering fluid needed replaced or the shocks were shot as I could feel a difference in the steering wheel. I asked for a quote for this. When the manager called me after looking at the car I was given a quote for oil change, power steering flush, fuel flush, shock replacement, brake rotor replacement. I agreed to the oil change, power steering flush, fuel flush. When I picked up my car it became evident that the mechanic had done a coolant flush. this was very odd to me as I had bearing pop off and spill all my coolant on the road 4-5 months ago. The Chrysler dealership fixed the issue and refilled my coolant, so it should not have been dirty or needed a flush. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON I SHOULD HAVE PAID FOR THE COOLANT FLUSH.
