Tires weren't rotated yet I was charged a $1 service fee. Have a picture of the car in your parking lot right before the oil change. Passenger side rear tire is scuffed. After oil change and "free tire rotation"� scuffed rim is still in the same spot. I want my $1 back. You guys lie. If you're too busy to do it then say that and let me know and certainly don't charge me no damn $1 for something you didn't do. That's fraud.

This was horrible service. I thought that an oil change included a 4 tire rotation. I brought in a coupon that said just that and they did not do the tire rotation. I will not be going back to that location anymore. I'm done with your company. Nobody cares anymore. The shop was not busy and it looks like they just don't care about the customer anymore. Get rid of old mechanics and bring in new recruits. I spent $30 for garbage.

I had a 10am appointment when i went the store to check in i got an eye roll. I said i have an appointment and was told doesn't matter how long did i have? I ask how long was it going to be? She said i cant tell you that we are really busy. Another customer was right behind me and said he a 10am appointment as well. I left and returned 2 1/2 hours later and my car never moved from the spit I left it. The other customer that checked in behind me was still there and his car was just getting done????? I went to the counter and ask about my car and was told let me check on it. He went in the garage and before he came back to speak with me my car was being moved in the garage. They proceeded to change my oil. I was ask about the cabin air filter when i checked in and when my car was done the female (forgot her name) said oh they forgot to check that. I said forget about it. I paid and was then ask to sign a paper to give them a five star rating was feeling pressured to sign it. It was a blank survey sheet so i guess she will put all five star marks on it. Will not return to this property again.

I made an appointment to have a set of new tires mounted and balanced on my wheels. I was pleased that Big O would do this given the fact that I purchased the tires somewhere else. When I arrived on time for my appointment the shop did not look busy ( 1 car in bay, 1 customer in waiting area and 4 employees in bay area) so I didn't think the job would take that long. I asked if they had my information because I wanted to leave and wait at my house. 4.5 hours later I received a call that my job was finished. I don't know why it took so long because I assume that when you make an appointment that gives you priority over the walk ins and later appointments. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I noticed an air valve cover was missing on one wheel. Normally I wouldn't mention it but it was an aftermarket piece and one I probably won't be able to re-order. Also, I wasn't offered a replacement cover when I mentioned it. Cindy did make a nice effort to look for it in the bay and ask the tire techs if they had seen it to which they responded nonchalantly. I was charged $10 per tire for the resealing of the TPMS sensors which I gladly paid because I know they come in handy. It has now been 3 days since my service and my TMPS warning light is on, indicating low tire pressure. I checked the air pressure on all 4 tires and they are all filled to the correct PSI. I can only assume that a TPMS sensor is failing in one of the tires. I am afraid to go back to BIG O to ask them to check on it because I'm afraid that my vehicle will end up in worse condition and I'll be charged for it. I'd rather take the car to another shop and pay them to fix Big O's mistake.

The store records are not complete nor accurately maintained. Although the manager could have made a phone call to corporate to obtain the missing records, she did not. Instead she continued to insist I can only go by what is in the computer. Not only would I not recommend them, I will be taking my 4 vehicles somewhere else for service from this point forward.

Alignment issue. 4-wheel alignment. Car pulling drastically to right. I speculate that the job wasn't even performed. If it was, it was abysmal. [ Note : When i called days after my initial visit, I was told that the alignment equipment at this particular shop (where my work was originally performed) was not functioning.

The tech basically lied to the manager, the vehicle was brought in for a flat repair, added on an oil change and tire rotation. An hour and a half later(I was second in line at opening).I was given a list of repairs that I needed. I had no time to address them that day and asked just to have my worked completed.Left the facility and priced out the work and was going to return the next day. The next morning the tire light came back on, I looked at the tire and the same screw was still in the same location as the previous day. The tire was not repaired and tires not rotated.The manager was apologetic but the tech is to blame. needless to say I had the work done somewhere else,wouldn't you?

I had an appointment for oil change at 4:30, I called if they can take my truck earlier Phil said no problem. Phil is a great guy his customer service is extremely excellent. I trust Big O Tires fast service the integrity & honesty is there, that's why I keep on going back. I recommend Big O Tires to my family, friends and everyone

had an oil change 2 days ago went to the garage to leave for work and noticed a large puddle on floor it was oil went to work and saw the same thing oil on ground had to go back because they failed to inspect the car properly after work was done all that was needed was take your time with your specified job and all would be fine oil plug was loose they have ben slipping up on their work now for the past few times I went there will be returning to dealer for specified work to be done now for the future

I was told that it would be an hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation. It did take about that long so all was well. I asked the gentleman at the counter gas everything been done and he said yes and listed of the items that were addressed. Upon me getting to my car I see that the tires were not rotated so I went back in and he said oh yeah we couldn't because it's against company policy because you could fish tail. I said on a front wheel drive vehicle that's why you didn't do it? He said yes. I than said so do I need new tires and he said no it's not under 40%. And because this conversation was annoying me he offered to rotate my tires for real this time. It was just a ridiculous conversation and furthermore I felt like I was being lied to.

First ,let me clearly state that Brian , my mechanic/technician is excellent and knowledgeable , hence the high rating on knowledge and experience. I trust him and he is honest and personable along with satisfactory skill . However , I had a service done , priced over $200+ , only to later find that the part was faulty . Since I felt a bit unmotivated to return for the same part , I went to the manufacturer who confirmed that it was a faulty part and not the manufacturer brand as stated . Who cares who is telling the truth on that . It's fixed but I paid twice for it . I called the store to inform it was a faulty part and before I could explain I didn't feel comfortable returning , Nick , the manager was sure to ask me " so what are you asking ? What do you want ?" Hmmm ... maybe to keep this customer ? Customer service ? How about hey , I'm sorry it didn't work out , how can I keep your business ? Nope . He was rude the rest of the conversation which endly quickly . Not sure of the rest of the world but fixing a car right the first time is my preference , having to go elsewhere when you lose confidence in a place is a let down . Let me reiterate , Brian gets a star , Nick doesn't .
