I usually go here for oil changes and if anything happens to my car, I see if they can do a quick fix or if I need major work. Honesty is what keeps my business. In 1 month I had to pay two $250 deductibles due to my vehicle having issues at different times that were unrelated, and even had to tow my car to carmax because it is cheaper due to my warranty. The manager or whoever he is at the front of the desk knew how stressed I was about finances when I brought my car in for the 3rd time, not even a week later for my blinker bulb going out. Not only did he tell me he'd have to order the part, but he quoted me $120 for the part and labor. I said "I can't just go out and buy a bulb and do it myself?" He said I could but may be difficult due to the model of the car. He said "you can by a bulb and come back and tip one of my guys $30" me not knowing better, I called my dad crying because that's still just another expense. I'm told by my dad to go to AutoZone, not only were 2 bulbs $8.75, they put it in for FREE!!!!! I WAS QUOTED $120!!!!! This person couldn't just tell me this? He couldn't be HONEST? He KNEW I was stressed and knew my situation. I will never go back here again. You couldn't just be honest? It took AutoZone not even 5 minutes. Trying to take advantage because I'm ignorant to cars and I'm a woman, I'm showing you my middle finger! I guess it's time I get more educated so people like this dont feel like they can take advantage of people like me. Shame on you.

When I had my oil changed a few weeks back, I was advised that some of the other fluids in my 9 year old car needed replacement. I was heading out of town for a couple of weeks but checked the pricing that was offered by Big O against several other auto repair shops. It was fairly similar, so when I returned, I called to make an appointment. Sean was so polite and advised me that the schedule at the shop was fairly light that day and I would be able to get in and out quickly. He greeted me at the car, and within 35 minutes, I was out the door. He is a fine example of good customer service and I hope he is valued as a terrific employee.

I went there to get the tires cost 300$ but the manager told me they don't have it in the stock and ending selling me tires cost 600$ ...double price...I ask questions about his honesty ....

Made an appointment at 1:30 didn't start on my car till 2:20. Wanted $250 more than the online quote. was there 3 hrs and when I finally got home I noticed they didn't replace my valve stem caps. Terrible!!

I made an appointment online, and received an email confirming the time and date. But, when I arrived at the appointment time, they didn't know anything about it. They didn't have the specific tires I requested online in stock, and only had 3 tires available in my size and price range, and the other tire had to be delivered from a different store. They assured me the other tire would be delivered within one hour, and the car would be ready in about two hours. I was in a hurry, as I needed to go back to work, and let them know to please complete the work as close to 2 hours as possible. I went out to eat and walked around to stores close by, and came back a little after 2 hours later. The car was STILL not close to being completed, and the 4th tire from the other store had not yet been delivered. It was more than an hour later that the work was finally finished, and the car was ready to go. But, at that time, there was some sort of problem with the computer system. Because such a long time had gone by, the woman who had initially entered the work order information had gone home, and the man that was there had a difficult time bringing up the work order correctly. The work on the car was done well, however. The new tires are great, and there are no problems with balancing, alignment or anything else. The car was pretty dirty on the driver's side, with grease stains on the carpet and door. The workers made no attempt to keep the car clean. I really do not understand why you would have a system set up to make online appointments, and send a confirmation email confirming the time and the stock availability, when it makes no difference at all! If that is the case, the confirmation email should have let me know to call the store, as the time of the appointment and stock of the tires could not be confirmed! I will definitely not come back to Big O Tires, if I can help it. I did get a 3 year warranty, so the only reason I would come back would be to replace the tires if necessary. But, I won't be surprised if it's another long wait and big hassle.

I had made an appointment for 3:15 on 6/20/18 to get my oil changed and my Big-o tires rotated at your Fort Apache store. I was not a walk in. I arrived at 3:00. There was only one person working in the shop at the time. At 3:30 my truck was still where I had left it. Out of 8 bays six were empty. I explained to the "manager" that if he couldn't handle the work load I would lessen his burden and take my business somewhere else. He assured me he could get the job done in a timely fashion. At 4:00 my truck made it onto one of six empty racks. The "mechanic" that started to work on my truck looked lost. After watching him looking at the under side of my truck in complete confusion for about five minutes or so I walked over and asked if there was a problem. He told me he couldn't find the oil filter on the truck. My truck is four wheel drive and has a skidpan. I would say I understand the confusion but I have had the truck for ten years and have had the oil changed every three months and no one has had this issue. Once I told him it was through the obvious access panel in the skidpan he couldn't get the panel off. By that time I had lost confidence in this particular garage. I told the manager to put my truck down and give me my keys. While they were putting my truck down I contemplated my decision to go elsewhere and asked the manager if on another day he would be better staffed to change my oil and rotate my Big-o tires. He proceeded to tell me he was only temporary and that this location didn't have a manager. He also told me I needed to give him a chance and wanted to stand there and bicker with me on his point of view verses my point of view on this debacle. I don't like taking my truck to a bunch of different places to get work done. I was with Sun Auto for over 10 years until they apparently lost interest in retaining my loyalty. That's why I came to Big-o. I don't want to look for another shop (and I'm sure you know that here in Vegas there are hundreds of places to get my oil changed and my Big-o tires rotated) but if I have no choice, I guess I'll have to. I don't want to go elsewhere so I was thinking of going to another Big-o tire location to see if I can get my oil changed in less than an hour. I'm still on the fence about doing anymore business with Big-o. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to let you know about my experience at your shop. A. Bauer.

Brought my Rav 4 for oil change 3/9/19. Scaring you that tires are cracking and soon might explode cuz it's already more than 5 years so you have to replace it for new tires when in fact 4 new tires were installed on the same store only 3 yrs ago March 2016. ( approximately for 30,000 miles now ). Also on 2015 brought my Nissan Versa for oil change and they're saying too that I have to change the 4 tires cuz it's already for more than 5 yrs when in fact I told them that I only purchased the car brand new June 2012. Tires are less than 3 yrs. then. I brought my 2 cars for service from 2012 to 2016 on that store but then stopped going there since 2016 for poor customer service.

Everything was horrible. Costume service didn't know what they were doing. They would call and say my car was ready and it wasn't. I was told My tire was sold to someone else after waiting over 2 hours to change my tire and I had to wait 2 days for a new tire. Then I went in with an appointment and waited almost four hours for my tire to be changed. I would NOT recommend anyone to go there.

Very disappointed in the quality of custiner service here, I walked in and had to wait about 5 minutes for two enployees to finish their conversation and even acknowledge me, I understand if an employee is answering another's question but when you have a customer in front of you, at least say, "Sir we will be right with you". Greeted you at your car? If thats the companies standards, this shop will fail every time. Next, I came here in March and asked for the full synthetic package. I had the 20$ promo so it came to $49.95+ taxes and fees and the total came to $54.65, this time I came in, same price and same discount, but when i was presented the bill, another 20$ was added for parts and labor, ect. For some reason I was charged extra since my car aparently took 5.3 liters of oil, which I was not charged for last time. This time i was billed $69.56, big difference from the $54.65. This should be consistent especially when the prices were the exact same. I believe it was Nick that ended up applying a $40 discount instead of $20 and the total came to $49.42, which was very generous but I just want this to be consistent to ever come back. When i was leaving the other employee argued with me, not professional. Will not be back.

I made an appt for an oil change at 11am. I get there and I'm told they are an hour behind because a guy was late. So I return at 12. I sat in the chair after an hour had past already and watched my car sitting on the pillars NOT GET TOUCHED BY ANYONE FOR AN HOUR. who knows if it was longer than that. After being there 2 hours for an oil change I started to complain to front desk. Then she spoke to staff and it was done in 10 minutes. I also never got my tires checked or any other service that I paid for that comes with the oil change. I will NEVER GO BACK. to think that was my first time going to Big O. YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST!!!!
