The replacement shocks, I believe are leaking at the shock seals but I will get a professional opinion from another shop and let you know of their opinion also the prices you quoted me are $400 higher than two other shops I contacted

The opposite of good would love to help this place be a real service center.

Cindy was great at the desk. She worked with me and kept me posted on the progress of my car repair. When it was time to pay the bill she offered me the various ways to pay. I selected to apply for Big Os credit card. Mike in the shop was good. He explain very clearly on what my problem was and how he would solve it and he gave me a time frame that then stuck with it. Very good experience..

I was sold tires that are not correct for my car or region, but was foolish enough to trust the employee had my interests at heart vs. their own sales. I will write negative reviews across the board about this experience. I have tires that literally make my car vibrate when above 55 mph, but there is a no refund policy I was told.

I Took my Truck for an oil change, and The Service was great, and excelent Customer Servise. so happy

I dropped my car off there and explain to them that I had no cash and I was going to put it all on my credit card so please do me justice. They then tried to charge me $771 for a job that took me less than one hour to do at home and was less than $200 out of pocket. They just tried to charge me $571 for a one hour job. They tried to rip me off I will never go back there again

they have the best costumer service I had even experienced!! Very friendly and efficient.

Was given a quote on items that were not broken or needed price was rediculously high when we agreed to bring my part in and to only charge me labor. When I brought the part in your technician then said that I did not need all the part and that the existing parts on the vehicle were good I then confronted him why he told me that the parts were bad before he then said that's what I do to make sure everything is new and working I then said so u tried to sell me new parts when the original parts were good he then got an attitude and thru the keys on the counter and said well you ac is working now goodbye. He was so rude and unprofessional that I will never bring any of my cars in.

My experience at the Big O tire store located on 3625 Fort Apache in Las Vegas was not good at all. The lady at the counter was very nice and cordial. First, I had a appointment at 4:30 pm to have my oil changed and my tires rotated, at around 5:15 pm I was told that they would not be able to get it done that afternoon. It did not bother me all that much and we set another appointment for 11 am the next day. At 11:00 am, I arrived and they started work on my car soon after. The technician (with me watching him like a hawk) told me that he was finished after changing my oil. I had to tell him to rotate my tires, which was part of the agreement and I had to tell him to check the air pressure to make sure it was correct. Here's my question to you. If I have to watch the lazy tech and tell him how to do his job, why would I want to ever return to your store? If I was not watching the entire time, the tires would not have been rotated and the air pressure surely would not have been checked. Do you call this a professional job? I sure don't! Do you think that I would want to buy tires from a business like this? Hell no, I wouldn't! I left your store completely disgusted with my experience there. Next time, I'll find a tire business that I hope I can trust! William E. King

I took my car in to get new tires and an oil change. I needed to be out in 1.5 hours and they had it ready in 1 hour. It drives even better than before.

I had an appointment at 830am this past Sunday. The store didn't even open until 9am. Then I had to wait for a basic oil change for an hour and half. No apology was ever offered. The guys who actually did the work were great but the little corporate perfect hair guy at the counter was not great.

I took my car in to have the alignment done. My car was doing better after that, but my steering wheel wasn't straight. So I took my car back and was helped right away as well as my car. Thank you Jabar for your excellent customer service! Keep up the great work ( you and your crew)!

they changed my oil and did not put new oil in the car i had to add 5quarts of oil myself and it took 5 hours to get my new tires

I've been bringing our vehicles to Big-O for several years and to this particular store since the one on West Sahara closed a while back. We have always been treated fairly and the quality of the work has been excellent. Nick has earned our trust.

I called Big O tires on Spring Mtn/Ft Apache and was told by Nick that no appt for an oil change was necessary, just come in. I came in, was greeted and gave the employee my keys. After almost two hours I looked around and saw everyone had been helped and left, except me. I went to the desk and asked how much longer and was informed that no one had started on my car yet, as appointments took priority. When I looked at all the docks in the garage my car was the only one there, but no one was working on it. I asked for my keys and left, then went to Jiffy Lube and the oil change was completed within 45 mins. I won't be back to your company for any reason - there's enough choices in town that I don't need to tolerate terrible service.

taking your car in for any kind of maintainence is never fun. but every time i come here the employees make it a great experience from their knowledge and kindness to the great conversation while I wait for my car to be finished! i'm always amazed with the great experience I have everytime I come here.
