Manager John is amazing! He is friendly & has very good communication skills. We originally called w/ questions and then went in because of John making us feel like he could help us & was willing & cared. John is a great asset to BIG O TIRES!!!!!

The staff were friendly, welcoming and explained clearly anything that I asked about. The mechanic also gave us some good suggestions for good housekeeping around the battery compartment of our vehicle.
