Big O Tires

I paid $60 for a check engine light diagnostic. And was told I could apply it to the repair work. They never called me with an estimate. I returned 4 hours later and all they had done was my oil change. No written estimate was given to me. They charged me for the oil change and the diagnostic and told me they would email me the estimate to get the work done and apply my $60 paid to the work. I have still not received an estimate 5 days later.

Anthony was just the nicest guy. I had a rental car from a company here in Las Vegas that's not well known. I was responsible for anything that went wrong with the car. There were 5 nails in the back tire. Anthony sold me a tire, got it mounted and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Sears wanted to charge me $125 to do everything. Anthony had everything done for under $100, I was a happy camper. I was with my niece who recommend Big O Tire and if I do decide to move to Las Vegas, I will be using you all again.

Awful location. I had my 4 tires install and they scratch up and scuff up my aftermarket rims. Very disappointing and would not recommend anyone here

I did oil change and tire rotation. Nice stuff, nice service, I recommend to anyone.

Went in for a LOF and wheel balance. They forgot to do the LOF so had to wait for them to complete that job. Mechanic didn't know how to reset the oil indicator on car. Gave him the instruction book (Honda) out of the car and he still couldn't figure it out. Still showed 10% oil life. My wife figured it out when we got home. I have been going to this location since it opened and before it was Big O.

The guys were very courteous and professional.

Not going in there ever again. Got charged 20.00 extra dollars per tire on a set of 4 tires. The tires were listed at 120.00 online (Copper Discovery) once I got there they were at 140.00. Didn't want to honor the price. Needed the tires because I was going on a trip.These people like to rip off their clients. Not a happy customer

I always get great, dependable service at Big O Tires. Sales, service and expert advice are what I expect AND what I recieve every time!

I arrived at the store at approximately 1230 to have screw removed from a tire. I was informed that it would take about 35-40 minutes to take care of the issue. I had no issues waiting as I am a frequent visitor to this location and typically receive great service on my other two vehicles. I waited an hour and a half before my car was taken to be looked at. Not once was I told what was going on as I waited. The lobby was not full and as I waited, other customers walked in without appointments and with jobs that were more intensive issues than what I had visited the store for, only to see them in and out the door before my car was looked at. Not sure what the order/job precedence is at this location, but a simple screw removal should not take an hour and a half. At the hour and a half time, I was informed that my tire needed to be replaced (no big g deal as this happens) but this adds to the frustration of the situation. To top it off, my keys were unable to located for an additional minutes.

since moving to Vegas I have brought my car to the Big O Tires in Henderson. I have had a wonderful experience there too. This time they were very busy so I brought my car to the Fort Apache location, it is closer to my house, as well. I was so impressed with how fast and efficient they were. I don't know much about cars, and lets face it, car places are known for taking advantage, so i had my father speak with them. He had them looking for problems (to make sure everything else was ok) and they still only did what actually needed to be done. They had to have parts delivered for my repairs and Jeremy was on the phone every 30 minutes checking the status. He also was calling my father to report updates. I was skeptical of going somewhere new, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Thank you guys so much for your honesty and for actually caring about your costumers. I will not only recommend you to everyone i know, but i'll be returning forever. Great job!

Came in to check the balance of my wheels and tires and have an alignment done. After 2 hours they realize my truck is a 2017 (apparently the 8200 miles wasn't a big clue) instead of a 2015 and I end up wiring father out of alignment than where I started and having to take my GMC to the dealership....where I got to pay almost $190 to undo the crap job that's BigO created. Also the balancing was not really done very well either. Still feels off

It started with a phone call to see how long the wait would be since my location had a 4 hr wait for alignment, balance, and rotation. John was excellent from the phone, call letting me know he could get me in as soon as I arrived, to my arrival, when he did just that!! Throughout my wait, John informed me where they were in the process and how much longer it would be. I usually go to the Rainbow/215 location since it is closer to home, but the service I was provided by John at the Fort Apache location can't be topped! I will be returning to this location again. Thank you very much John!!

I have been in this store on several occasions with all shotty experiences. Everything from new tires installed with one inside out to oil wrenches left in the engine compartment after service shorting out my battery. I was in the store on 8-10-18 to have tires rotated and ouk change. 3 hours later when I show up no tire rotation with an excuse saying they cannot rotate the tires. The manager Shawn/Sean(asian douche) gets really upset and wants to fight me in front of customers and staff.....WOW. Where does Big-O find these people??? After years of service thru many Big-O stores with a charge account we would NEVER GO BACK TO A BIG O STORE!!!!

The young lady who checked me in was very efficient and attentive. The mechanic was thorough and I was given an estimate for other needed services with no pressure.

Worst service I ever experienced with a tire shop. I was lied to several times by the employees at this shop. I took my son to get his tires there and we informed them our time frame . They promised to have our tires first thing in the morning as first priority at 9am. It was 10 am when my son called. They informed him that the driver was just going to get the tires and was stuck in traffic. When I called them to verify the information they said the tires were at the shop and there was a miss communication. I then informed my son to go to the shop and when he got there they told him the tire were not there and the driver was picking them up at this point I called and cancelled my order and service. It was 11:00 at this point and no tires. My son needed his truck to work at 1:00. Now they want to charge me a 25% return shelf policy for their negligence. I went to discount tire had my tires in an hour but on and paid the same amount of money with better service and 4 tires not 2. Big o tires you just lost a customer and I will refer other friends and family to discount tires instead.
