Big O Tires

Terrible service I made an appointment for noon and my car didn't even get checked out until 12:45. All I needed was an alignment check and then the work done. The work took less time than my wait time. What's the point of an appointment if you don't even see my car within a decent time frame of that appointment. Didn't even get a discount or anything for the inconvenience. Staff spoke very rudely to other customers around me as well making it an awkward wait period.

Customer service was exceptional I actually waited while they worked on the vehicle unlike other shop where they call you when it's ready!

Why are you not posting NEGATIVE comments in your website? You're practicing censorship in order to hide your bad business practices, I have proof of your franchised company's unacceptable services. You're ignoring the franchise policies , which is to provide customer of the required alignment printout.

I had spent the last week jump-starting my car every day, assuming that replacing the battery would be a long, expensive chore that I just didn't want to do. Finally, after my husband promised to take care of it over the weekend, and didn't, I called Big O to see how long it would take for someone to replace my battery while I was on a lunch break. I spoke to a friendly employee who said they had my battery in stock and could get to changing it as soon as I could get there. I arrived a few minutes after my phone call, handed over my car, paid (about $20 less than I expected) and was contemplating what to read while I waited, when an employee walked in and said the car was ready. 15 minutes from phone call to new battery! I'll definitely be back when I need tires!

New levels check tire pressure wasn't even checked. Put in wrong oil that I asked for. Not even full on dipstick!

I am sad that big O was ready to charge me over $800 for a repair that did not need to be done. Took my care to the dealership to find out the code just needed to be reset and that the part Big O said was broken was in fact no broken. They are usually great but not this time.

This location is always so friendly and fast.

They forgot to reset the tire gage I had to drive back to Big O and wait. while it got fix a waste of gas and money so I didnt get a good deal on the tires.

I stopped in with a nail in the middle of my tire. They take the vehicle back immediately. As I was talking with another customer, the tech rolls the tire into the waiting room. He explains it slipped off the machine and sliced a huge gash in the sidewall of the tire that was unrepairable. Their mistake! He says he will have to locate another tire. After a few minutes, he comes back and says they will have to put on my spare and reorder a replacement tire. He had talked it over with his manager and they were going to have ME pay for the tire, but they were going to be so kind as to waive the labor charge to install it. Of course I laughed. I asked for the manager. David, the manager (who's idea it was to try to get me to pay for the new one), came out and when I said that was crazy, he immediately agreed, apologized for the inconvenience, and said he would get the tire overnighted if possible. I call the next day to see about the timeframe. He never returns my call. When I finally call back he says it will have to be a five day wait. During this time, I call my dealership and do research to find that you can't just replace one tire, and you actually should replace all four tires on AWD vehicles. I ask David about this. He agrees that they would recommend that ALL tires be replaced. I was halfway through the use of my tires. I tell David we will have to discuss the four tire situation since I was at no fault and they should all be replaced. The promised Friday comes and no phone call and no tire. I call twice to find out at 5pm it should hopefully be there Monday. I get there Monday and he say he is under orders to only replace the one tire and not make any other offer. I am now stuck with one new tire and three half used tires. A dangerous situation that will make the other three wear incorrectly and may damage systems on my car. I had no interest in taking on the expense of new tires when I went there. BE CAREFUL!! This could be scam of theirs to get you to buy new tires. There have been no returned calls from the upper management either. They will not correct any of their mistakes and you will be left worse of than when got there.

Went in for oil change using synthetic blend plus filter, plus tire rotation and usually they check the tire alignment but the machine was broken, but they told me to come back in a few weeks and they will check it. Car felt great after the oil change and since this is the second time I have gone there for my oil change I was very pleased with the service and the way my car felt after the oil change. Will definitely go back there when I'm due for my next oil change. Actually the wait time wasn't bad, I thought it would be worst since it was a Sunday, but it took about an hour and I was out. Very nice staff.

I went to this ft. apache branch around 10am today, Sunday, to check on my front driver side tire I bought from this store. The lost 20psi air in 2 days that's my complaint and the first thing the gentleman at the front office mentioned that it is very old 6 years old and wanted me to change the 3 tires...without even looking up my name and date of purchase. Also mentioned that there are people in front of me. Discouraged that I will never buy again nor visit this store nor recommend it.

Twice is the last 3 months I have needed a tire patched, both times they did it for no charge (the tires were not even purchased with them) and Eric was extremely courteous and helpful. I will definitely purchase my next set of tires from them.

I went to Big O Tires at 3625 Grt. Apache road for a 4 wheel alignment on December 13, 2017. Once the alignment was done for about 25-30 minutes and paid the bill I asked the manager for a copy of the alignment printout. He then asked the technician who performed the job for a copy but technician said he couldn't produce one because there's no ink so the manager to wait. I waited for 15 minutes then gave a printout without any infiormation about the vehicle and myself. I told the manager that how can you be sure this printout is for my car without the proper identification. He couldn' Answer my question. All I know if this situation happens, two things might have occurred. One- Technician didn't complete the job or nothing had been done to my car. They are untrustworthy, in my opinion. I have copy of the provided printout if Big O wanted to verify my claim. Warning - stay away from this particular Big O . Beware You might be taken for a ride,

didnt perform tire rotation, or even offer to do so with my oil change, also didnt recieve my oil change sticker for the windshield.

This location is great! The staff is wonderful and really helpful! They have always been straight up and really reliable! I will continue to come here as long as I live in Vegas!

Made appointment at 3pm. When I came back to pick up car the front desk Guy didn't remember me and my car had not been serviced 1.5 hours later. He said he would take it right back and be done in 20 minutes. One of the workers started to head towards my car but then got side tracked helping someone who just pulled up. I needed to be at appointment so left without service.

Under new management and John did a great job helping us maintain our vehicle and get it ready for our summer road trip.
