Took advantage of my wife not understanding what oil to use

I went in for a oil change I was upgraded from 20 oil change to $70 oil change with a fluid flush, after they did my oil change the said my car has major leaks and was going to be almost $2000 to fix. It's so unprofessional how they already knew from before they changed my oil that there was a leak and didn't mention it to me until they finished my service . I should be compensated for this fraud

The tire I had purchased at this location was damaged by a blade-like object. It could not be fixed and was under warranty. A new tire had to be brought over from another location. I was up-dated on the progress several times. Great service by very friendly and helpful employees, starting with the manager.

I came in to replace my breaks. Mike helped me out quickly and even gave me a ride home. Breaks were finished within two hours. Friendly phone call to let me know when finished. I will definitely be coming back for future services!

I keep coming back because all the staff are so friendly. Great customer service! I am a stickler for that and its not easy to find. It would be nice to not have to reacquaint myself each time with the store manager. Gives company a bad reputation as we the clients are left to think the staff were fired opposed to possible company reassigning. I'm a great office manager if you need one.. LOL!
