Very friendly!! Got me in and out on a Sunday very quickly when everywhere else was closed!

I came in to see about getting two new tires, as I had to replace one tire a couple weeks ago due to a nail. I was worried about the quality of the replacement tire I got (used, different brand), but I was told that the tire was in good shape and the same size as the originals. The gentleman helping me said he would be more than happy to sell me two new tires, but I was more than safe and okay to wait a bit longer, and to get some more use out of the two I was going to replace. I also received a great price on an oil change (cheaper than I had been paying at a place up the road), and got a free alignment check, which came back positive. I could have been lied to and told I needed two or four new tires, an alignment, and overcharged me for an oil change, but I wasn't. I am going to start doing all the maintenance I can at this store on my car and my wife's car because of the honesty and quality work.

I checked pricing prior to going to Big O and they were competitive with anything I found on the internet. I was able to get a price, and get new tires the same afternoon. Can't ask for more.

I was able to get a dead battery replaced quickly in 114 degree heat. I don't envy the guys who work on the cars outside in the bays! The service technician recommended some additional work on the car. I have to admit that I know nothing about engine pieces and parts, so I have to trust the person I'm dealing with. But my boyfriend wholeheartedly agreed with the service recommendations, and I'm having that work done today.

I have been a Big O customer for years in multiple states with multiple vehicles, I always get your extended warranty its the best there is.. I had an issue with a tire losing air. Made no appointment the desk got me in right away and the tire was inspected and fixed in 30 minutes I was out the door for FREE!

I had a tire losing air from a previous patch. I had gone to another tire store in town and was told my tire could not be patched as the hole was too big. They said there was nothing they could do and I needed to but a new tire. I saw them pull this scam on another customer as I waited, and so I decided to leave and get another opinion. Your store fixed my tire good as new and said the previous patch was done incorrectly and used the wrong patch. I appreciate the honesty and service from Big O Tires and will be taking my MBZ GLA 250 to you guys for my maintenance needs going forward. Trustworthily companies and people are hard to find and I am glad I found this store and the employees who run it.

When I had my oil changed a few weeks back, I was advised that some of the other fluids in my 9 year old car needed replacement. I was heading out of town for a couple of weeks but checked the pricing that was offered by Big O against several other auto repair shops. It was fairly similar, so when I returned, I called to make an appointment. Sean was so polite and advised me that the schedule at the shop was fairly light that day and I would be able to get in and out quickly. He greeted me at the car, and within 35 minutes, I was out the door. He is a fine example of good customer service and I hope he is valued as a terrific employee.

I have been dealing with Big O Tires for years and have always been satisfied with their work and services. So, I only bring my car to them for repairs.
