Great job, great price, will bring my other vehicles for service.

It was a very busy Saturday and I arrived unscheduled with a flat tire. Everyone was extremely helpful, polite, and efficient. I brought my car in at 11 am, and it had 4 new tires and was ready for pick-up just a few hours later. Very impressed with the service and honesty of all the information that I was provided. Would definitely recommend!

Cindy was great at the desk. She worked with me and kept me posted on the progress of my car repair. When it was time to pay the bill she offered me the various ways to pay. I selected to apply for Big Os credit card. Mike in the shop was good. He explain very clearly on what my problem was and how he would solve it and he gave me a time frame that then stuck with it. Very good experience..

I first went to the Big O on Charleston and interacted with a person who I did not trust to work on my vehicle because after I told him I was there to have a slow leak repaired on the driver's side rear tire, he proceeded to ask me if the tire that needed repair was in the trunk. He then insisted I needed a whole new tire simply because I stated that this was not the first time I've had a slow leak in that particular tire, but without even looking at it first. I then went to this Big O and the people explained that the person who worked on the previous slow leak did not properly reprogram the air pressure sensors and that's why I thought there was another slow leak. There was no slow leak at all. The people who fixed my tire at the Charleston Big O made a mistake. I hope someone speaks to the people at that Big O location because the service I received there was disappointing and frustrating. I've been driving on an overinflated tired for months because of this, which is incredibly dangerous. I'm grateful to the people at this location who fixed the problem and did not charge me since Big O employees were the reason this issue was there in the first place.

Actually traveling and needed wheel alignments that I couldn't get done at home. Coordinated with Richard for the service and the dealership-identified alignment was taken care of quickly.

The female employee was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful she went above and beyond to explain things to myself and my daughter. We had the oil changed on my daughter's vehicle. And because of that we put four new tires on the car as well .

After an unexpected tire bust on both my front tires I found this place. They were able to give in detail the issues with the tires and how much it would cost. They also explain to me how make sure I am getting the best for my money when purchasing tires. They were very helpful and understood my needs.
