Overall it was a very good experience. There was a hiccup that the tires I ordered had been sold, but they found another set of the same ones and went to pick them up right away. While he was gone they removed my old tires and by the time they were ready for the new ones the guy has returned with them. I don't mind that a mistake was made with the original tires being sold, because stakes happen, but the fact that they called to find another exact set, go to retrieve them right away, is good customer service and I truly appreciate that.

Overall staff was friendly & accommodating & very informative on what was being done & what car was needing on next visit. The waiting area was clean & relaxing with there was great music to listen to while waiting yet not so loud that I couldn’t take care of my other stuff with me while waiting. Great service over all.

Phillip helped us and his service was truly exceptional. The products and services offered are great, but we would return purely based off of the service we received from Phillip. A+

Good Service and Experience

It was a very busy Saturday and I arrived unscheduled with a flat tire. Everyone was extremely helpful, polite, and efficient. I brought my car in at 11 am, and it had 4 new tires and was ready for pick-up just a few hours later. Very impressed with the service and honesty of all the information that I was provided. Would definitely recommend!

Cindy was great at the desk. She worked with me and kept me posted on the progress of my car repair. When it was time to pay the bill she offered me the various ways to pay. I selected to apply for Big Os credit card. Mike in the shop was good. He explain very clearly on what my problem was and how he would solve it and he gave me a time frame that then stuck with it. Very good experience..
