Big O Tires

Got oil changed and tires rotated. Helpful service. Alerted me to a problem I need to take care of soon.

I would definitely come back to get my tires pumped up, and any others issues I might have with my car. The workers here are always helping out, and always putting a smile on there face. Even if they are having a bad day! So I appreciate what they do for their costumers. So thank you so much and keep up the great work!!

They were quick and very helpful. Unfortunately the tires that were ordered and installed were not the exact tires that I had asked for. But they were very similar so I just went with it.

I have used Big O for several years and have always received the best service.

Quick and friendly service.

I was having a tire replaced because it needed it. The only problem is that they never carry my size tire in stock that they have to order the tire.

This is not my first time at this location, as both myself and my fianc use their services (oil changes & tires). However, I was quite disappointed this time. I was recommended a service (changing the transmission fuild), as it was "dark and had obviously never been changed". When I questioned the technician on how he managed to check the fluid at all, as I drive a manual transmission and there is no dipstick or reason to change the fluid, he became silent. This same technician also failed to latch my hood. I have never received this type of uncomfortable feeling, but it makes me leery for a future trip.

My experience with Big O Tires was great. The only remarks I have are: 1) I was told that my car would be ready in 2 hours, and it actually took closer to 3. I also had to wait an hour to be spoken to even though I had an appointment. And finally, 2) they must have pumped my breaks a little too tight because they are very hard to press down. I've decided to wait a few days to see if anything changes (I'm not sure if it will or not. I'm not the car expert), but I may end up going back to have the guys look at it. Other than that, I'm glad I got my car serviced. I really needed it. Looking forward to those coupons for next time!

We just needed quick service but everyone was very kind and work was done quickly. Will be a repeat customer.
